On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. Took four people to move it the last time and these two guys pulled it off by themselves up a stairway. Bravo, fellas! I applaud you. They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. No complaints on the pricing from me. So happy to be rid of that antiquated, useless piece of garbage. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I arrived to my new home on a Thursday morning pre-closing, entered the garage "what is all this…read morecrap in my garage?!" The home was an estate sale so it was items their parent had had inside that they hadn't removed in the five months since the house was listed.
