I watched them pull espresso shots, leave them sitting, then head to the back and suddenly my drinks appeared. When I asked about it, I was told the espresso was "pre-pulled and chilled." Meanwhile, the shots I originally saw pulled sat untouched at the machine for about two minutes (100% expired at that point). It was a confusing process and honestly, pre-pulled espresso just doesn't taste fresh. As for the drinks themselves, they were overly sweet. The vanilla latte had an odd banana flavor, and the Purple Haze tasted chemical (ironically). Overall, I won't be back for drinks. I'm notorious for buying and using the tumblers at Starbucks but sometimes i have to rinse them out a bit in the restroom to use it. Never been a issue before. All of a sudden Amy & grey tell me even if it's rinsed out it isn't clean so they can't use it. The wifi sucks even worse. This place is definitely on my s*** list.
