This is definitely the best coffee I've had in Charleston, SC, and they were very reasonably priced. They also had a great ambiance and service, with very friendly staff. I got an iced latte with almond syrup and it was gre

I had a lovely time at this lovely little coffee shop the morning of the wedding I was in town for. My fiancé and I met up with his uncle there around 10:30am on a Saturday. There was a line out the door. While all the seats were taken when we first arrived, a lot of seats opened up as we stayed. This spot is really charming and cozy. We found a seat by a window near the entrance. It seems like they have outdoor seating options too. They had one gender neutral restroom. I loved the cute bunny comic sketch wallpaper they had in the bathroom. They were highlighting their pumpkin spice syrup which I was excited to try. I got an iced oat milk latte with the pumpkin spice. While I liked it, for some reason the drink was really gritty. My fiancé got a latte that he enjoyed. His uncle got some jasmine green tea and enjoyed an oat bar and a pastry. We were excited to buy some of their coffee beans to take home too.

Not the greatest coffee. If you need caffeine in a pinch. They were super friendly, but the syrups tasted like they were not homemade even though they claimed they were. The pastries were so so. I actually didn't finish anything. Vibe was good inside though.

Bad Bunnies Coffee is such a fun little gem here in downtown Charleston! The vibe is upbeat and creative -- bright, welcoming, and full of personality. It's the kind of spot that just makes you happy to walk in & stay a while. The coffee is great. I had a latte & then an Americano. They were perfectly made. They have a nice selection of pastries and snacks on display. I chose not to go with them today & instead I had the overnight oats from the open air fridge. It was really fresh and tasty. The staff are super helpful, kind & friendly. Nothing is a problem for them. It got so busy... my advice it's to try & get there early. They fill up fast & they also have a lot of take away customers. They have free WiFi & I saw lots of people working from laptops. It really has a cool energy. Parking can be a pain in this area of town.. difficult to find street parking. If you haven't checked out Bad Bunnies yet, you're missing out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, definitely check it out -- it's quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots downtown!

House made syrup was delightful (Gingerbread man) and the matcha hit the spot. Cozy vibes but very busy for a reason. Drinks came out pretty quick as well. Staff was very friendly.

Bad Bunnies Coffee is a sensory experience-eyes, nose, and ears. When I was there (10 AM on a weekday) it was positively bustling. The ceiling is high and the surfaces hard so it was a bit of a din- in a good way. I was grab and go and in a bit of a hurry so it didn't matter too much to me but there is a lovely outdoor seating area which is where I would have aimed if I was staying. It was also surprisingly busy for such a sleepy part of town. I was just there to sample the black coffee and I wasn't disappointed. It was nutty and flavorful- served with a very friendly smile. I will be back!

There is something about a good ol' coffee house. I love coffee; the smell the taste the conversation it evokes. Our AirBNB was just a block down the street so we hit this place up every morning to get our day started. What I liked as I people watched is the same folks return day after day - the staff knew em by name; what was going on with em; the dog's name - I really like that about small businesses. They make it personal they treat each customer like friends. WTG Bad Bunnies. WOOHOO! The hubby and I both got Lattes and our day 1 Barista was quite the foam artist - Day 2 Barista not so much LOL but the lattes were nonetheless good. We tried their homemade cherry pop-tart and it was good - it would be better without all the thick icing but just my preference. The shop is packed with personality and a great mural on the back wall as you enter and a nice lil patio area when the weather permits. I believe the owner was in there every day too - at least she seemed like she was the one running things. LOL

A very happy environment overall - maybe because of the many older ladies who were clearly enjoying their morning and had matching shirts repping Bad Bunnies, but also because of the decor and friendly staff. The house-made brown sugar latte was tasty, but I would come back just for the pastries too! Their Turkey and Swiss croissant was DELICIOUS.

Trendy vibe and very popular! The line was out the door by the time we finished our coffee around 10 am on a Sunday. The coffee temp is lukewarm warm so if you like it hot, make sure to request it. It was like the all over Charleston at the different coffee shops.

The world needs coffee. You don't have to be extraordinary to sell coffee. But extraordinary is exactly what the people are here and it every morning I've ever spent here just sets a great tone for the day. Cuz yes we have coffee at home but Bad Bunnies is just so special. I'm a good vibes guy, and grew up here- you won't find better vibes in Charleston. Lit up for conversation but lofi jams and nooks to get stuff done.

This is my favorite local coffee shop in Charleston. The coffee is amazing, you can sit down and work or read undisturbed, and the fresh baked goods are wonderful! I also love that they have an outdoor patio and are friendly to pets while you order. It's great to take the puppies out and be able to stop in for coffee. Also, I love the story of the owners and have followed their story of how they opened the shop and decorated everything themselves. It has this old literature scripture around the place and drawings they did themselves. Absolutely love this place!

Iced coffee was refreshing I came back the next morning for another round. It was flavorful yet not sugary. It definitely gave me a kick and got addicted to it, except I'm only in the area for 4 days. Staff and manager were friendly yet professional. Although I was charged twice, the manager assured me they would fix it once the line was manageable. Somehow I trusted her word for it, just the manner with which she handled it was text book! Indeed, saw the overcharged taken care of by the next day. A must stop in downtown historic Charleston for sure! Great awesome pastries, sandwiches Parisian style made and clean refreshing breakfast beverages. This is the best patisserie option which actually lives up to its name, unlike those wannabe k ones!!!

The ambiance is nice without being too formal but also feeling like you're enjoying a nice meal. We had a wide array of items which included their caviar service, fresh oysters, crab claws and some appetizers including their fried oyster slider and a unique oyster appetizer. All of these were DELICIOUS! Their caviar service was one of the best I've seen, the oyster slider was delicious and my only complaint is that the oyster itself was small. The oyster appetizer was unique but had great flavor with the old bay seasoned crackers. For entrees I had the cornmeal friend fish. It was a great size price of fish, came out hot and fresh and fried to perfection. It does come on a bed of cream corn, but there were no real side dishes you could add or order. So it was filling, but not as hearty as other meals. I also asked for a sauce to accompany the fish just to break up the taste and texture a bit void of a true side. For dinks we had one off menu and I had them make a traditional whisky sour. Both good. This place came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I would make it a stop on my next visit.

I remembered enjoying it during my first stay, so naturally I had to return. This time around I stopped by twice during our two-night stay. On my first visit, I was tempted by the limited-time LoveShackFancy collaboration and ordered the Pistachio Rose Matcha Cloud Latte. It sounded amazing: house-made pistachio rose syrup, your choice of milk, topped with fluffy matcha cold foam and rose petals. Unfortunately... it was way (way) too sweet. And this is coming from someone who usually likes sweet drinks. At $10, I powered through it, but it definitely wasn't for me. My friend ordered another one of the collaboration drinks and did not finish hers because it was overwhelmingly sweet. Thankfully, my second visit redeemed everything. I went back to an old favorite - an iced matcha latte - and it was just what I was hoping for. Service was excellent during both visits. While the cafe seems to remain pretty popular, it wasn't overwhelmingly crowded. I still love the atmosphere here. It's such a great place to grab a drink before heading out to explore Charleston or while staying at the Emeline. Lesson learned: sometimes the specials are worth trying... and sometimes it's best to stick with your favorite!

Since we were there 2.5 hours before closing, there didn't seem to be a lot of cake options available, but my husband and I decided to share a slice of the s'mores cake with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream to make it à la mode. The s'mores cake was a chocolate cake with mini marshmallows, chocolate fudge, graham crackers, and more marshmallows. The cake was good and had everything I could ever want in it, but it was a little dry. I think this also had to do with it being the end of the night. The ice cream complemented the flavor well. It would have been better with a second scoop of ice cream though. Service was great! It took about 10 minutes from when we ordered to get our dessert.
