Excellent Service - Went Above & Beyond! We had two door locks malfunction within a week of each other. After seeing the great reviews on Yelp, I contacted Brucar to schedule an appt. (Note: the service call charge is $10 extra for Ventura = $65, but it was well worth it.) I had purchased a replacement door knob for one door, but the lock mechanism in the old door knob was stuck and had to be sawed off. Thankfully, the locksmith was able to make quick work of it and install the new knob. The second door had an HOA-mandated style lock that had malfunctioned, locking me out on two occasions. Our locksmith was able to diagnose the problem and custom design a fix that saved us from a costly new replacement. I'm grateful that he took the time to do that rather than trying to upsell a new lock. I highly recommend Brucar and will definitely use them in the future! read more
