The first guy that was going to help me saw that my car was probably like 100 ft or so away and then decided I guess that it was too far so he turned around and asked another employee to help me out. The employee who helped me however though he was nice enough was completely clueless. He hooked up one of the jumper cables to the completely wrong spot and therefore the jump start didn't even work and I had to wait an hour for a tow company who took two seconds to jump start it cause unlike the employee at auto parts (a car based company mind you) he knew what the heck he was doing.

Above all, these are HIGH QUALITY connectors, there is a difference between these and the cheap ones you can get from china. I bought my ECUMaster Black from them as well as various connectors to make the process easier and communication was great. I had actually ordered the ECU first then realised afterwards I would need the connectors but didn't want to pay an extra shipping cost for a few small connectors, so I just sent an email and Chris got back to me he would hold my order until I picked out the connectors I needed so they could be sent together. I have requested to cancel that order multiple times and be refunded as I can't wait that long and still no refund. Each time we place an order we order multiple items that show as in stock. However, they ship each item separately (saying it wasn't in stock) and charge us a $20 shipping charge for each item. Then they erroneously reship the same items again and charge my credit card different amounts. When I reach out to them, they state the items were on back order and just shipped out. I have tracking numbers for each item showing they were delivered. Then they expect me to ship them back and will refund me the money minus the original shipping cost? NOT!
