Here is the after service delivery. Like getting a new one.

Fast, friendly and efficient. While I've not had any unscheduled issues I have had the privilege to have all of my regularly scheduled maintenance done here. I live in Newport News and they come pick up my Range Rover and leave me one in the meantime. The advisors are always knowledgeable and clear what needs to be done both now and upcoming. I couldn't ask for a better experience. On only one occasion so far did I drive up to Midlothian for service and the experience was just as amazing. I was warmly welcomed. They had a clean, comfortable waiting area which was fully stocked with refreshments. There was a large screen TV playing quietly with the remote easily accessible, however it was more fun to chat with the couple of other owners about their adventures than to watch the TV. The only caution is if you you choose to visit in person be prepared to be tempted by all the amazing new models. I desperately wanted to take home the Range Rover extended Autobiography. It's almost time to get a new one but I've only got 100,000 miles on mine so far.

Outrageous prices for service. Over $200 for an oil change. That's just robbery. The customer service is nonexistent.

They are the only Land Rover dealer in town and know it. Helpful once car is sold, but not the greatest experience up until then.

I called around to a few places to find a place that worked on diesel cars and they said they did. When I showed up there was lots of confusion about my car. Wrong parts were used and eventually they determined they didn't have the part my car needed. I was advised to come back the next day, still no part. Day 3 at first they told me they didn't have the part then a second person came to correct the first so I was finally able to get my oil change. I thought everything was good until I went to get my car inspected...something was wrong with my car. Wrong filter and I had an oil leak (I'm not a car person but I'm pretty sure that was it). So I had to take my car to VW to get the work done correctly. This place was a waste if my time and money. I would never return.

I pulled in and was immediately greeted by a tech to tell me which lane to go in. I only had waited about 5 minutes until the car in front of me was done. I pulled in and the tech was super friendly. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I believe his name was Nathan and he was one of the assistant managers. I literally sat in my car the whole time and was in and out literally in 10-15 minutes!! They don't just do oil changes, he checked all of my lights, horn, signals etc. Also, if you are a first time customer, you get $5 off! I'm glad I stumbled across this place because I will definitely be coming back!! *This place is also Veteran owned and operated, much respect!*

I ordered the part from the dealership and Christian Brothers fixed it right away. I was a bit anxious since the part had to be ordered and then go to a body shop to paint and Ashley from CB was extremely patient with me and made sure they received the part from Hyundai and even called me the morning of my appointment to make sure I ordered all the parts for the repair. The mechanic Judson was very thorough; even the handle went on he wanted to make sure it was on tight and took the entire door off to reinforce it. I am so pleased with CB that I think my daughter should bring her car their for any maintenance and repairs and forget about the Hyundai Dealership. Also I thought their prices were very fair. Ashely was so kind to offer me water and gave me a rose when I paid. How nice is that?

Very friendly and courteous. Very nice waiting area and 'free' Christian Brothers branded water bottles. Most people understand 'free' things are not actually free . . . that includes the water bottles and 'free' courtesy shuttles. I took my 2010 Mustang there to have the rear brakes repaired - due to a frozen caliper. The 'Diagnostic Test' was $165, which I paid and then took my car out of there as fast as I could. The cost quoted for repair was ludicrous, so I asked if I could supply the parts (I am a former Auto Parts Manager, so am comfortable with this) - they said sure - the quote for just the labor . . . $631.91. Note - the book time for this is 1-1.5 hours. I declined and took it to another shop . . . $280 for labor and that is where the work was done. As mentioned in some other reviews, the 'free' (there's that word again) 'courtesy inspection' came up with every conceivable 'flush/fill' and things like Spark Plug replacement ("due to age of vehicle") even though I replaced them myself a month ago. Total for all the 'courtesy inspection' items . . . ready . . . ready . . . $8,255.59. How about a few more examples: Replace License Plate Light Bulb ($74.50) - I actually just took care of this myself before sitting to write this review ($15 for the pair and about 10 minutes taking my time), Replace Front Struts (parts cost $250 and labor book time 1.2 to 1.6 hours for both sides) . . . $1,456.38. Replace Cabin Air Filter (part cost $15 - labor book time 0.2 to 0.3 hours or 10-15 minutes) . . . $132. Replace valve cover gaskets (part cost $20, labor time 1.5 to 2.5 hours) . . . $632.20. You get the idea. Outrageous pricing . . . but the 'free' bottle of ice-cold water was excellent!

They made sure to take extensive video and pictures to show what the problem was so I knew they weren't making anything up. It's an expensive repair, so I made sure to shop around a bit. Their price was very reasonable compared to some highly rated local competitors who quoted me hundreds more for the same repair. Although the diag was more on the expensive side ($300+), it was worth it when factoring in the competitive repair price! Service was top-notch. Somebody was always ready to pick up the phone, and I was also provided a free shuttle service to my workplace, which is a courtesy they can offer at no charge within reasonable driving distance. Everyone is super friendly and willing to expertly explain the issues in-depth. I was so satisfied I went back and got my spark plugs replaced there too; once again, this was a very reasonably priced service. They have a rewards/rebate program which can help you shave a few dollars off if you're a repeat customer. Friendly, honest, and high quality of service - overall I highly recommend!

When we drove it on Tuesday we started hearing a noise that sounded like sawing through cardboard. We didn't know if we could keep driving it or if that would do damage to the car. So we went of course to AI. AI said one possibility is that the transmission fluid was accidentally emptied instead of the oil and then more oil put in the car. So I checked the oil level and it is indeed over the max level. And if we drive it like this - the transmission will be ruined. So for HOURS today we have been trying to arrange to get it towed to Subaru. Early today they said THEY would tow it. We had to call another number then go to a link, then fill out a form. We did all of that and in the end it said we had to talk to an agent. We talk to the agent and they say we have to pay. Well why should we pay when this is most likely caused by Subaru. So after hours of going back and forth with them - now they say we have to arrange AAA to get it towed to them. And they are repeating that if it is not their fault they are not paying. I shouldn't have had to do any of this. I shouldn't have had to arrange another ride home from work on Tuesday. It's really hard to understand not being sympathetic to a LONG time customer (11 years) when you most likely are the cause of the problem. When you get a car serviced you don't expect it to be in worse shape the day after than it was before you brought it to the dealer.
