Finding a place that performed these specific shots I needed that would be covered by my insurance company was no easy task, but I eventually landed on Florida Pain Medicine. But the 2nd part of that equation was actually getting on the schedule - my initial consultation appointment was a couple of weeks out, and then my actual appointment to have the shots done was another few weeks beyond that. I'd recently had a cortisone shot in my hip done at another facility, and they told me I was required to have a driver. As it turned out, the tech told me that I definitely would not need a driver, but at that point, my wife had already gotten up early to take me there. So when Florida Pain Medicine told me that I would need a driver, a triple-confirmed that I would *really* need one. Yes, they assured, I really would. Fast forward to me standing up after the shots were done - zero affect on my driving ability or legs in any way, shape or form. I appreciate that these places need to protect themselves, but I'd prefer to not ask my wife to call out of work to join me on an adventure to get a cortisone shot, when it's completely unnecessary for her to be there. As for the appointment itself, it was scheduled for 10:30a. I was walking out of the facility a few minutes before 12:30p, and the entire time spent laying on the table for the procedure was about 15 minutes. That means that I waited over an hour and a half before I was seen, which was really taxing on both of us. While the doctor and assistant were apologetic, it really was quite annoying to spend that much time in the waiting room. But all of the waiting and needing a driver would be worth it if the shot would cause my pain to go away. Unfortunately, while it did help slightly, there primary source of the pain was not addressed. He injected a different part of my back than the orthopedist suggested, which caused me to question if that had something to do with it. I have a follow-up, and who knows, maybe more injections in my future. I appreciated that this procedure was covered by insurance, but the rest of the process was pretty clunky.

I have seen dozens of doctors, specialists, chiropractors, neurologists - to try and reduce/prevent how many I was getting. For 10 years, I found nothing that could do that, except medication to treat the pain after it already started. I moved to Brandon and decided to come here. In 2 visits, he said he could reduce them greatly. I did one simple procedure 3 weeks ago, and I have had no neck pain, no migraines, and 1 small headache that went away in a few minutes. Never have I gone this long with such relief. I am shocked. I never write reviews, but I want people who have not found relief for their pain to schedule an appointment asap.

I've been seeing him for about 4 years and couldn't ask for a better doctor. I recently had sacroiliac surgery, which was done as out patient. Every day is better and I have him to thank for helping get my life back, pain free. Still have a way to go, but I know I'm going in the right direction under Dr. Panchamia's care. Highly recommend!!

Her First major pain took over 3 weeks to diagnos, When they finally did locate her pain .It was her gall bladder and it was only functioning at 11%. Nearly immediately after that healing ,her excruciating pain began again. We stayed 3 months in ICU In Tampa General. Moving from one intensive care to another. She was intubated 4 times and Nearly died more than one .They refused to listen to me her mother of around 23 yrs. At the time. We finally had to allow ourselves to be discharged from ICU .Just to get her out before they took her from me. We immediately scheduled a gynecologist appt. After she was a le to travel. It also took another 2 yrs. To diagnos. She had adenmyosis, which can only be helped with a hysterectomy. They left the ovaries and she's in excruciating pain again. I saw the NP she prescribed 2 weeks of meds pending mri. It took 2 weeks to even get an appointment. But I was patient. By the time I saw Dr Benni 3.5 weeks later, whom I requested to see to discuss my results i payed for my visit, he walked in the room and said " what hsppened" i can't treat you. Medication isn't in your system. I couldnt speak he wouldnt listen, Shirley Temple Maria wouldnt talk to me. He said he would refund my money he never did. My main goal was to one get relief, I wasn't able to take ibuprofen or naproxen due to my 9 ulsers that I got waiting this psin out to see if it would go away. I didnt want to come back to pain management. My gastronologest told me to go back to my pain Dr to give my body time to heal. I waited 4 months for this pain to subside. For them to dismiss me for absolutely no reason and to try to document me as a failed ua when then there was no way for me to have this medication in my system. He is also counting my very first visit as a failed ua for March, March 2026. I saw no other Dr. My last visit was Dec 2024 with HIM. But he's counting March 2026 as a failed drug test, so now i have 2 under my belt FALSELY. I was at the point of getting surgery but decided to come here first to see if maybe getting adjustments/alignments could help me. Dr. Mark was my initial chiropractor and he was very caring, thoughtful, and informative about what he's doing, where he's adjusting, and the process of the what he thought was the best treatment. He recommended Dr. Thomas! Dr. Thomas is also a chiropractor however he specializes in muscle tissue breakdown - longer story even short, Dr. Thomas has relieved damn near all the pain and inflammation I had/felt in my legs and feet. I went from this being my last resort and going to surgery to visiting Dr. Thomas every so often or when I feel my legs starting to get tense on me. The pain that I had compared to where I'm at now is night and day. I went from having to always have shoes on even to walk around my house to being comfortable in sandals and flip flops for HOURS without ANY pains in the slightest. I'm very grateful to have found this practice and the amazing individuals who work here as well. The entire staff is very friendly, engaging, and they certainly make you feel like you're important.
