Pill mill, thats exactly what this place is. They will take your money and not even treat you. The dr is ignorant. María they claim is a manager she can't even return phone calls, the dr is disgusting, maría is disgusting and so isn't the lady who answers the phone. I never was looking for medication. Medication isn't the answer for me. But I re injured my neck really bad. I came back to this hole in the town as a new patient because I was in more pain than before x 1000. I saw the NP she prescribed 2 weeks of meds pending mri. It took 2 weeks to even get an appointment. But I was patient. By the time I saw Dr Benni 3.5 weeks later, whom I requested to see to discuss my results i payed for my visit, he walked in the room and said " what hsppened" i can't treat you. Medication isn't in your system. I couldnt speak he wouldnt listen, Shirley Temple Maria wouldnt talk to me. He said he would refund my money he never did. My main goal was to one get relief, I wasn't able to take ibuprofen or naproxen due to my 9 ulsers that I got waiting this psin out to see if it would go away. I didnt want to come back to pain management. My gastronologest told me to go back to my pain Dr to give my body time to heal. I waited 4 months for this pain to subside. For them to dismiss me for absolutely no reason and to try to document me as a failed ua when then there was no way for me to have this medication in my system. He is also counting my very first visit as a failed ua for March, March 2026. I saw no other Dr. My last visit was Dec 2024 with HIM. But he's counting March 2026 as a failed drug test, so now i have 2 under my belt FALSELY. If i was you i would run from this place, they are falsely documenting charts, they will take your money, they will lie. He needs to be investigated. Im doing everything in my power to report him, and his so called manager, a 5 year old could be a better manager than Mariañ why make me an appointment if im not seeable or treatable, thieves, liars, reporting to the department of health. read more

I have a severely disabled child who has been in severe pain for a Very,Very long time. Dr.Benni and his staff has always been Wonderful. Her First major pain took over 3 weeks to diagnos, When they finally did locate her pain .It was her gall bladder and it was only functioning at 11%. Nearly immediately after that healing ,her excruciating pain began again. We stayed 3 months in ICU In Tampa General. Moving from one intensive care to another. She was intubated 4 times and Nearly died more than one .They refused to listen to me her mother of around 23 yrs. At the time. We finally had to allow ourselves to be discharged from ICU .Just to get her out before they took her from me. We immediately scheduled a gynecologist appt. After she was a le to travel. It also took another 2 yrs. To diagnos. She had adenmyosis, which can only be helped with a hysterectomy. They left the ovaries and she's in excruciating pain again. Dr.Benni has been So Wonderful, along with his Staff.My Daughter's life would be living in a Hospital were it not for Dr. Benni. He helps those who are not able to help themselves. This doctor is an absolutely abhorrent human being. The staff there are great and I sincerely feel for them working for this scum of the earth. My wife went to him for pain management, within the first minute of the appointment he refused to look over her medical history (lupus nephritis and arthritis since 2017) that she brought, immediately told her he will refuse any medication requests (because "shes 28, so she shouldnt be on pain medicine") he then insulted her weight, suggesting gastric bypass surgery (??) without consulting ANY medical history (which any weight trouble is confirmed by other doctors as side effects of the myriad of medicine she has to be on), and then had the audacity to say she "smelled like a dog and he couldn't stand it" and left the door open. DO NOT give this disgusting individual any of your time or money. Its scum like this that give good doctors a bad name. read more

He will do whatever he can to help you but he also leaves room for you to help yourself bye taking advantage of the mini different types of pain management he offers. Went to Dr. Benni because previous MD is no longer taking my insurance plan. Physician was not particularly personable and seemed very rushed during visit. He was more interested in what I wanted than what was wrong with me. After visit on 6/29 and insurance processing 7/19 saying I owed nothing but my copay, imagine my surprise when I was balance billed for a urine screening my insurance denied payment on (and my EOB says I'm not responsible for the balance). Spoke with Angie, office manager?, who said I signed I would pay if insurance didn't. I ended up paying $65 (bringing the cost of my visit to $115), but you can bet I'll be going with a different MD who actually agrees to the insurance contracted amount and who doesn't balance bill. read more

I'm extremely satisfied with the medical attention I receive from Dr. Benni & all his wonderful nurses. He always knows exactly what type of procedure will help & the injections are painless. I was a patient with this clinic for over three years, in February of 2020 Dr informed me I failed a drug test with Fentanyl showing up In my urine, I told him there was no way I could have failed that test, offered to be retested at my expense, he Dr Benni said " we have having a lot of false positives today" I'm sure that is what it is! So November of same year he tells me he is discharging me from his care? Because of the bad UA nine months ago!!! WTF I have no leg to stand on it is to late to repeat UA I just sat there and cried my eyes out! This man is a piece of shit. And Karma is going to get you, the only good thing about all of this is all I am no longer on opioids and to me that is a good thing because I no longer have to be treated with this taste and being with a gallon upon because I take opioid pain medication on a regular basis but now I don't. I was sent to this facility for help and all I got was a whole lot of nothing the Dr didn't examine me the room was dirty after waiting along time to get in the back he said show me where your pain is he said I will give you an injectionwhen I said no cause they do not help he said well I can't help ya I have been in pain for years and seeing him I still am I have. I was a patient of Dr Benni at The Pain Healing Center in Brandon. Each visit I had to wait at least an hour past my appt time before I even got called back. Then I had my urine screen and then I would be put in a room to wait. The rooms were messy and sometimes had confidential patient information laying around. My first visit with the doctor was okay. He changed out one of my medications and this actually helped me to feel better. He also injected my shoulder and that gave me really good results. However, over time, the visits deteriorated. Most of the time the doctor didn't even look at me. My final visit, he insisted I allow them to put me on a inversion table. Stated he wouldn't order an MRI of my spine until I tried this. He didn't explain the process or how it was meant to work - just had a tech put me on the table. It was agonizing. By the time I was done, I could hardly walk and this has continued for over a month. I found a new doctor. I cannot go to a doctor who treats you like he is doing you a favor by allowing you to be in his presence and who uses questionable methods just to earn a dollar (he charged my insurance $349 for the inversion table session!) As for the office staff - I spent many hours on hold to get appointments scheduled. It was ridiculous. They were very rude most of the time. There were usually about 17 people in the waiting room at one time waiting to be seen. I advise staying away from this clinic. There are much better out there. read more
