I have seen dozens of doctors, specialists, chiropractors, neurologists - to try and reduce/prevent how many I was getting. For 10 years, I found nothing that could do that, except medication to treat the pain after it already started. I moved to Brandon and decided to come here. In 2 visits, he said he could reduce them greatly. I did one simple procedure 3 weeks ago, and I have had no neck pain, no migraines, and 1 small headache that went away in a few minutes. Never have I gone this long with such relief. I am shocked. I never write reviews, but I want people who have not found relief for their pain to schedule an appointment asap.

I've been seeing him for about 4 years and couldn't ask for a better doctor. I recently had sacroiliac surgery, which was done as out patient. I'm still recovering, but within 2-3 days, I had the feeling back in my right foot. I didn't realize how much feeling was gone until it came back. Every day is better and I have him to thank for helping get my life back, pain free. Still have a way to go, but I know I'm going in the right direction under Dr. Panchamia's care. Highly recommend!!

Why 3 stars? Because a small portion of my issue was relieved…read more --- --- --- I've had lower back pain for nearly two years now and my orthopedist recommended that I try cortisone shots. Finding a place that performed these specific shots I needed that would be covered by my insurance company was no easy task, but I eventually landed on Florida Pain Medicine. But the 2nd part of that equation was actually getting on the schedule - my initial consultation appointment was a couple of weeks out, and then my actual appointment to have the shots done was another few weeks beyond that. I'd recently had a cortisone shot in my hip done at another facility, and they told me I was required to have a driver. As it turned out, the tech told me that I definitely would not need a driver, but at that point, my wife had already gotten up early to take me there. So when Florida Pain Medicine told me that I would need a driver, a triple-confirmed that I would *really* need one. Yes, they assured, I really would. Fast forward to me standing up after the shots were done - zero affect on my driving ability or legs in any way, shape or form. I appreciate that these places need to protect themselves, but I'd prefer to not ask my wife to call out of work to join me on an adventure to get a cortisone shot, when it's completely unnecessary for her to be there. As for the appointment itself, it was scheduled for 10:30a. I was walking out of the facility a few minutes before 12:30p, and the entire time spent laying on the table for the procedure was about 15 minutes. That means that I waited over an hour and a half before I was seen, which was really taxing on both of us. While the doctor and assistant were apologetic, it really was quite annoying to spend that much time in the waiting room. But all of the waiting and needing a driver would be worth it if the shot would cause my pain to go away. Unfortunately, while it did help slightly, there primary source of the pain was not addressed. He injected a different part of my back than the orthopedist suggested, which caused me to question if that had something to do with it. I have a follow-up, and who knows, maybe more injections in my future. I appreciated that this procedure was covered by insurance, but the rest of the process was pretty clunky.
