He was supposed to remodel my bathroom in a 2 weeks. Almost 6 months later, it is still not done and I am left with a mess to clean up. The toilet he installed leaked staining my ceiling. I currently have only half a shower door so, if I use it, it floods the floor. According to Rob, my shower door came in wrong twice. I waited two months for the correct frameless shower door yet he proceeded to install one which was the incorrect size (71 1/4 and not 72) ruining the tilework. After installing the incorrect size door, he demanded almost ten thousand more than what was in the initial contract to get the other side of the door cut which he said did not fit with what was installed. When I refused to pay any additional money, he walked off the job and proceeded to text me for weeks calling me names and threatening to call collections. I am left to get the half door removed and cover the holes at this point at my own expense. The original contract, including the correct entire shower door is paid for. Additionally, in the process, he scraped my bathroom floor leaving it bare so, to be fixed, I would need to have the floor completely redone. The entire job is shoddy. I have holes where he grouted and it is disintegrating and even the caulk already has holes and is turning yellow. The project was a complete disaster and waste of money. It caused me a lot of unneeded stress. I would strongly advise to not work with him.

During the Halloween snowstorm of 2011 when we went to turn on our heat we discovered that the pilot in the furnace was not lit and that we needed a plumber. It being the weekend I set out to find a 24 hour plumber. Igor picked up the phone immediately when I called and told me he could come over in a few hours (he gave a 1 hour range). He asked me to text him my address and said he'd call when he was on his way. He was prompt and professional. It turned out we needed a new furnace. Igor purchased the furnace for us and installed it the following day. Everything was clean when he left and the work was well done. Later that winter Igor added a gas line for our dryer and installed it for us. We left him the keys to the house so that he could work while we were at work. He locked up and even texted me a picture of the completed job before he left. He came back the following evening to pick up the check from us, double check that we were happy with the work, and dropped off a bottle of wine as a thank you for our business as his business was celebrating an anniversary (he also brought an ice cream cake for me since I was pregnant at the time :) ). A few weeks ago I called Igor again because of an emergency. It was a Sunday morning and he immediately picked up when I called and knew who I was and had my address. My husband had gone to move the gas dryer and stove out of the house and into our new house, but he wasn't able to get the gas shut off at the stove because the hardware was too old. Igor arrived very soon after I called him and was able to get the gas shut off and wouldn't accept any payment for his time. I would absolutely call Igor again with any plumbing issues.
