November 26th (the night before Thanksgiving) at 7:38pm. She was prepping and suddenly there was a water leak in the kitchen coming from the cabinets and it had even run down into the basement from the ceiling above that area. After contacting multiple plumbers and getting exactly what you'd expect on Thanksgiving Eve, no answer or we'll get to you Friday/Saturday. Michael responded just before 10pm and by 11:03pm he was at our house assessing the situation, and got right to work. He managed to have the perfect balance of work and getting things done and making great conversation. Even when I would walk away to not hover, he just liked having a good convo while working. When I started to fade from the time, he never slowed down, he stayed alert, positive, & friendly the entire time. He worked until just before 4am to repair the problem and get us back on course to host Thanksgiving. After he cleaned up the area, took out trash, removed debris and never wavered due to the hour. It's worth noting that he ran a vacuum hose while cutting, removing insulation, & any other time he would generate dust particles so that it wouldn't get all over. He actually left the area cleaner than when he started with the meticulous way he cleaned. 10/10 kinda guy & service!

The person I spoke to over the phone asked me several questions to better assess what may be involved in my service and gave me an approximate cost amount and an approximate on how long the job would take. He also gave me the name of the service guy who would be working on my issue and later emailed me a conformation for my appointment. When my service guy, Mike Z., arrived I gave him an in-depth overview of what happened with my washer and where the water was coming from. Mike immediately started working and was able to clear the clog in about an hour. Fabio Dasilva showed up and was very informative and was able to pinpoint the issue. He also was realistic and told us that the heater was way past its life expectancy and we should think about a replacement. Did not force a sale or anything but did give us a quote for a replacement. The next day we decided to call back and just replace the system to avoid going through this again. They came in the next day, replaced the system and took care of all necessary permits. Hoff Bros was the company that my Water Company secured when I had a broken water line one day. I…read morehad no water, and Hoff wasn't able to come out for a couple of days, so they had someone come out and set me up to borrow my neighbor's water for the time being. They ensured I had the ability to use the toilet, shower, etc. On the day that they came out to do the work, it was a comedy of errors. They quoted a four hour job and no need to dig up my property. Needless to say, the job took much longer - almost 12 hours, they broke my sewer line in the process of installing a new water line, and they had to dig up my entire front yard. It was a frustrating experience and I kept having to check in with the foreman to see what was happening and why everything was taking so long. In the end, they didn't leave till the job was done and they didn't cut corners. They even attempted to transplant my plants that they had to dig up, which was very nice (though the plants mostly wound up dying).
