After several hours of waiting for a battery, the end result was that the car would no longer start AT ALL *eye roll*...that's another story. Since the car no longer started, I had no other choice than to call for a tow. All-Over Towing is who came to the rescue. Our towing expert was Bryan S. Bryan was kind, courteous and super skillful. We first started with another attempt at jumping my son's car. Dishearteningly, it did not work. There were several challenges with this tow and Bryan took on each one with jaw-dropping expertise. I watched Bryan in total amazement while he rolled the car up on the tow truck bed. He put "skates" on the wheels so they wouldn't drag too much while pulling the vehicle up. The vehicle is front wheel drive. Who knew there was such a thing? When we arrived at the destination, I watched Bryan again in total amazement while he unloaded the vehicle, (although not without more challenges), with such precision and carefulness. I tell you, you just had to see it to believe it!!!! Bryan is beyond words amazing and I am thankful for his help in our time of need. Bryan, if you should ever see this, I don't have enough words to say thank you for the care and concern you gave. You went over and beyond which to me was superior service. All the best and the greatest of blessings to you. Thank you again. Oh, and by the way...I thought Bryan was a seasoned towing expert. Come to find out this was only his 2nd week on the job!!! Same location on Dixie Drive in Asheboro,NC My appointment at 10AM. At 10:40 my Subaru drove into the driveway. This place is packed and has a single service lane 2 advisors along various techs. Advertised with a customer with free drinks etc. No Music No TV but WiFi is available. They have a text update system that will notify when your vehicle is ready which is a nice feature. The services performed took longer than expected. However, the price was very reasonable.

I took my 2014 Buick Regal in for engine stall/misfire issue. There were two engine lights on, one…read morewas the check engine light and the other was traction stability control. I was told they would have to charge me for a diagnostic service fee to identify the problem on the car in order to be fixed. After paying almost $1300.00 dollars the car is doing the same thing with the same lights flashing on the instrument panel. I was originally told that it would be around $1100.00... I was told they replaced one of the coils and replaced a rapid fire fuel injector. I was also told that the oil was changed as part of the service. I was expected to pay a different price of over $1400.00 when I went to pick up the car and then had to debate that...Come to find out later when a potential buyer of the car was test driving it they returned the car to me stating it was doing the same thing I originally took it in for! I also learned that the service department did not change the oil because the indicator was showing less than 20%. The Receptionist stated to me that they included the oil change...The car is still not fixed and I would not recommend them to anyone buying a new or used car. Especially having any service work done. The service department manager quoted me that the diagnostic tests would fix the problem but they failed to repair properly. I RATE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT A ZERO.

I stopped here on a Monday afternoon around 4pm for the primary reason of getting something to drink. When you first walk into the right there is a seating area along with 4 kiosk to place food orders. I did not see anyone in the food preparation area, however. Along the wall to the left was beverage stations where there was coffee, fountain drinks, and slushies. The trashcan must have been full because I saw a cup hanging out of the hole where trash goes. I notice a bag of dominion sugar sitting in front of the container labeled fresh brude tea. Along the right wall in the front was the cashier area. In between the walls were the aisles for the snacks. The bottled drinks coolers are located along the right side just before the restrooms. They have a beer cave that's directly in the back. I decided to go to the restroom too. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. There were paper towels on the sink. In the larger stall, there was A baby change station. There was also toilet paper all over the floor by next to the toilet. Neither of the two stalls had toilet paper in them. I'm glad I didn't have to poop, because I would've been S.O.L.... There were two urinals that was clean, one of which are used. The soap dispenser had soap in it and the air dryer work. I ended up getting to Arizona teas, which was two for $4. There was a line when I walked in, however by the time I browsed and chose my drink there was no wait. The cashier was super friendly and I noticed that she was multitasking by doing something with what I assume to be the change dispenser. Overall, the store itself was clean. There was a PNC bank ATM and a lottery vending machine. The men's restroom definitely needed some TLC and to be restocked.

Inspection reciept was on the dash and stated 12/2024. Bed was full of water and leaves from tree thats behind the truck. Moss is growing on the tires. Lifted hood and motor is covered in cobwebs And battery is dead. Told sales guy it was going to need a battery and probably tires from sitting for sich a long time. He stated they would not replace tires. I asked how they could sell a truck in this condition and he stated the price is already discounted.told him flow in winston had the same truck and i was going to go look at theres. Said to send a pic of there contract and they would beat it. Went to flow and there truck has ben maintaind and clean. Started right up and drove like it should. They made me a fantastic deal so i wrote them a check on the spot. Parks gmc used to be a good dealership when it was owned by vestal. I can see clearly why Buick pulled there dealership. I will also contact gmc and let them know how this dealership maintains there cars and trucks.
