The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. However, I ordered three hand-rails for my stairs and during contact the guy asked where I want the 14 foot piece to be cut. What? I wanted a 14 foot rail, so I obviously didn't want it cut. He assured me you wouldn't be notice it. I don't know why I took his word for it... it's not even the same piece of wood. I'm just upset because even if hypothetically they sent out a new 14 foot piece I would need a contractor to reinstall it and the balusters will look all messed up from having nails taken out and put back in. It's just a lost cause. It just isn't going to look good and that's that. I'd give them one star if it wasn't for how friendly they were. It took them over 2 1/2 months to finally get to us because we were 30 minutes out of their way. When they finally did come, they came unannounced, were rude and acted like it was our fault that the system did not work. When they finally located the problem they did't even tell us what the issue was and tried to just leave without testing the system or talking to us at all. They had to be prodded to even find out what the issue was. They did the least amount possible and I would never use them again under any conditions.
