Oh my goodness!!!!! I just love this place. You have to try the sausage. It is beyond delicious. I attended a cookout and someone brought meat from here a d it was so good I made note of it and went there today. I purchased the jalapeño bacon cheddar and the three pepper sausage and it is amazing!!!!! Just as good as the cookout I attended. So, that means consistency. Nicole and this place is the best! A meat-eaters dream come true. My wife and I love Waygu and been searching for a local source to buy this. On a whim I did a Yelp review and and found this place near us. First impressions: Upon arrival I was "OMG" we found it! They have just about every premium meats you could want, from Japanese A5 Waygu to marinated premium chicken. They also have premium wood for barbecuing as well. The inventory: Too diverse to detail, but as mentioned before they have Japanese A-5 and American Gold Waygu, but after speaking with Nicole, she's looking at bringing in Australian Waygu as well. I personally like Australian Waygu myself and find the A-5 just to fatty for my taste. I've had an assortment of American Waygu (Snake River and etc) and just prefer Australian for now. They have great cheese (love the triple cream St Marie) and the spicy fig jam. For those looking for exceptional quality meats, cheese chicken, sausage, olive oil and more, this is MUST stop see and buy. Conclusion: This is MUST for any connoisseur. When we got there, the ladies (I think Nicole, the owner was one of them) were so nice because it was 2 minutes until closing time and were counting the register, but they still let us in and were very friendly. It was my wife's birthday and she wanted a ribeye, she asked and the lady was very nice. The selection and quality of their meat was second to none, where I doubt no other place has the quality of meats. They were so wonderful and they even hooked us up with a nice marinated package of black angus beef, which was delicious! Went to the Chino Hills location which is located by PAnera. We went almost at closing but the staff was very nice and has excellent service. The shop itself is a butcher shop very clean and quaint. $700+ for a 4 rib prime rib and a 13 lb Brisket. I love great meats and we don't have a problem with a restaurant bill that is a bit over the top for amazing meat. But, raw meat, I cook at home and this is the price. Holy smokes!!! Well the prime rib was amazing. I've had similar at a 5 star restaurant for about $65-$75 a person. The 4 rib roast was to serve 6 adults so I figure about $90 per person. Seriously folks these are nice hard working people but it's quite honestly a huge rip off. If you're looking For great meat that you simply must cook yourself Costco is about as good for Prime. This place is slightly better not not at these prices unless you just have money to blow. Excellent quality butcher shop. Great addition to Chino Hills. I stopped by last Thursday to try them out. Service was friendly and efficient even recommended a delicious seasoning to go with my hamburger patties, which I purchased to grill at home over the weekend. The patties were thick and meaty which held up well on the grill. I was able to cook them easily, retaining the juice and serving them medium rare just like I love. Probably the best customer service we've received in years! My daughter and I stopped in for deli sandwiches and were greeted by two friendly employees who went above and beyond to help us. They took their time to tell us about the many cheeses and deli meats they offer, tasty combos of cheeses and foods, such as their coconut cheese on top of dried pineapple for a Pina Colada experience! I definitely bought myself some. We were even given samples of a few cheeses and meats. I would definitely recommend Brunks! After reading some of the reviews on their sandwichs I decided to give them a try. Well I was disappointed. First of all, no tomato or lettuce used for the sandwich. They used scredded cheese instead of sliced cheese which falls out as you the sandwich. The bread was a bit dry/tough to chew on. The saving grace was the amount of meat which was good. Luckily I bought a bottle of water to help swallow the dry bread sandwich. I was looking forward to a good sandwich for lunch. Time to move on. read more

We were driving to Scratch pizza when we noticed the butcher sign. Stopped in to browse. They were extremely helpful and friendly. We weren't ready to buy meat, but did buy some BBQ sauce.
