As a New Yorker, I'll admit, I've always loved cheesestakes sandwiches. And this place is right by my mother-in-law, so this past weekend, I finally gave them a try. And I'll tell you, I wasn't disappointed! Walked in, and right away, I liked the cool sports vibe. And the amazing customer service from all three of the employees on shift just made my first experience that much better. Major shout out to Micaa, Beshoy, and Cornelio! They made mine and my friends' orders correctly and delicious! Checked in today and had a positive and pleasant experience! I normally don't come here but I recieved some fun coupons in the Mail so I decided to give this Cave a Shot due to their aggressively clever marketing efforts ;0) There were two Team Members working, a nice Blonde girl and a Cook with a Stylishly Cool Goatee! Like Doubles Tennis Partners they flowed very well as a Team, the Senorita was a super Friendly and kind Order Taker while the Cook smoothly slayed through all the tickets in the back. I asked the Order Taker for some suggestions and she recommended the new Nashville Chicken Sandwich to me, it looked intriguing but I've been eating a lot of Chicken lately so I decided to get the Philly's Best which used to be one of my Favorites here. I loved that the Order Taker asked if I wanted onions and Peppers in my Cheesesteak which I happily agreed to, and she honored my Coupon which offered me complimentary French Fries to go with my Meal! I added a small drink as well and later also one of their Tuna Salads to balance out the richness of the meal. What really delighted me about the Philly's Best experience was how neatly all the condiments and beverage garnishes were arranged at the self-serve stations! Coming from an exhausting Hamster wheel where it seems like everyone and everything is making everything extra hard and inefficient to grind my gears, it felt like SUCH a smooth System Slip and Slide to have the Ketchups already poured in little Ramekins for me, Lemon Wedges ready to Jazz up my Water and Iced Tea without having to ask, and plenty of Sugar, Sweeteners, Pickles, Peppercinis, and additional Hot Peppers ready to go at the Condiment Bar. While I was eating I really enjoyed all the charming Visuals of everything celebrating the Culture of Philadelphia and the Creatively Fun and Unique Sandwiches and Salads to try next time! I love how the Team Members here also refresh and recover their Morale by supporting the Neighbor Businesses next door, seeing them happily sip their Bobas from Sharetea was effective enough of a Live Commercial to make me want to treat myself with one as a dessert after my meal :0) The Team Members were also really nice about helping myself and the other Guests pack our leftovers to go with paper bags and foils so we can capitalize on our leftovers and not have to worry about planning or preparing another meal this evening :0) Next time it would be great if the Order Takers did more suggestive selling on the Drinks here! Halfway through my Meal I noticed they had a pretty interesting Beer and Alcohol Selection here so it would be cool to try some of those along with the Signature Onion Rings that Philly's Best is known for. I've eaten so much at this Philly's Best that I can't even count how many! Food - The food is always hot and fresh, made to order. My favorite is the standard cheesesteak with provolone and grilled onions with a side of onion rings. It only wish the meat portion was a tad bigger but no complaints about the quality and freshness. Service - I've always had great, friendly service here. The people who work there seem to enjoy what they do and it shows. Value - I remember when they first opened they were doing cheesesteaks for something like $5. These days they are closer to $15 so as for value, I think it's a tad bit expensive, especially when I can get a Double Double combo (with fries and a bottomless drink) from In-N-Out Burger just down the street for less money. Not docking a star though because I understand everything is flown out from Philadelphia to keep their offerings authentic. I've been on a Philly cheesesteak kick lately and decided to give this place a try. This is located in the shopping area of Pats Ranch in the City of Jurupa next door to Wabi Sabi. I walked in and noticed immediately next to the entrance a table with sanitizer. It was a good first impression knowing that they protect and are concern with the well being of their customers. I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with just meat and cheese, and two mushroom cheesesteak with one of them having grilled onions. The young gentleman who took my order was nice and very welcoming. The other gentlemen asked me if I wanted grilled onions on my order and that there was no extra charge. There is currently no indoor dining at this location but well kept and clean. I was surprise to get my order so quickly considering it was lunch hour and a little busy. The quality of the sandwich and bread is very good. With other establishments and the bread is hard and this one definitely didn't have that. My family approved and this visit is definitely not the last. So if you haven't tried Phillys Best cheesesteak, you are definitely missing out and need to stop by at this location. Lots of steak, peppers, mushrooms and onions throughout and the bread never got soggy. The kiddo gave her sandwich thumbs up. The regular fries were delicious but unfortunately I wasn't feeling the cheese fries. The cheese sauce they used just wasn't good to me. Service was great. My fiancé and I stopped by today around noon because everywhere else had lines out the door or card wrapped around the drive thru. We only had 2 people in front of us in line in PB, so it was convenient for our rush today. We dined in. He ordered the pizza style steak sandwich and I got the pepper chicken sandwich with cheese. We split an order of cheese fries and a large soda. He wasn't the biggest fan of his food, as he said it was an odd combination. I think he learned to just stick to his gut and order what he knows he likes now lol. The cheesy fries were great as always and always come with the best ranch. I'm so weird when it comes to ranch, because there IS such thing as a good or bad ranch. I loved my pepper chicken sandwich, however I noticed it didn't even come with sweet peppers on it. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and we had a laugh. The cook grilled some sweet peppers up and tossed it on my sandwich. No biggy. They were friendly about it and gave me no problems. All of the boys enjoyed their food and we shared an order of french fries and onion rings amongst us. Would I return? Yes.
