They told me my brakes front and back needed urgent services totaling up over $1000 and replacing every freaking parts. I got the back fixed for more than $500 as its all I could afford. They told me my front brakes were at 1mm and were a danger on the road.... I was able to drive over 10000 km after their diagnoses AND it costed me under $200 to repair somewhere else, as only the pad needed replacing NOT the entire things. Their original quote was over $500. Big time highway robbery these guys!

My experiences so far in the 5 or 6 times I've been in: they're honest, they do good work and have experience with Japanese imports, and they charge fair prices. They let you know what needs to be done and what might be "good to do" soon, but don't pressure you into getting non-essential work done (unless there's efficiency to be had because they'll be working on that part of your vehicle and you'd save on labour because they're already in there vs. doing it next time when they're not working in that part of the vehicle and your labour charges would be higher). I'd recommend RJD to anyone who wants good service, no bullsh*t, and friendly people. Plus the location is convenient (for me).
