I commented that their shelves had that empty Covid look, and he told me that they hadn't restocked the shelves yet. I wiped the dusty metal shelf, showed him the significant dust my hand picked up, and looked him in the eye. He knew he'd been caught lying, but insisted that morning deliveries hadn't been put out.yet. I commented that he should wear a mask if there was that much dust in their ventilation. Going to the gun counter, there was one employee behind the counter and more than a dozen people waiting to be helped. There is premium ammunition behind the counter, but it's far enough away that you can't read the brand name. Judging by the number of people waiting to be helped, I'm not standing idly for an hour or two to ask what ammunition brands they have. Nowhere else in the store is there 14-15 people waiting to be helped -- and there's inky two sales clerks working the firearms counter. You'd think that store management would add people in firearm sales, as I've had precisely the same experience of actually waiting more than an hour to find out if they carry a certain product needed the next day at a training event. I have no idea what this store is doing. Neither do they.

It was a CYA situation for me after reading so many shady reviews about this "business". I truly think that's all just a scam because I have never had a refund take that long (guessing they will hope you will just give up and they can keep your money‍). Anyway I got a step ahead a disputed the transaction with PayPal at business day 7 because I had enough. Moral to this story is this "company" plays games with your money and lies and then doesn't take responsibility for their own bs. I know they could have gotten the skates ordered because I ordered them from Atom skates and will be getting them delivered Tuesday from the same source. They had 8 in stock in my size available. They tied up my money for over a half a month. The lie that there wasn't any was all just an attempt to upsell me on something else I am a custom skate builder and spend a lot of money on skate parts and this was my first and last experience with discount skate. Great place to check out for firearms because they are all out for display. No waiting to see someone to look at any firearms you are interested in. Just look for the brand/model and check them out. My suggestion would be to put a vertical sign on the tables so that people can easily find and go where they need to go. Definitely makes it easier for me to show family that are interested in getting firearms. Did not have any issues with family buying firearms at their previous location and look forward for them to purchasing at their new location. Prices appear to be either cheaper/equal/more than other locations. Look forward to future visits.
