Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing due to the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff on duty. Although the store was not busy at the time, I was initially ignored upon entering. I understand that one staff member was assisting another customer, which is completely reasonable, but there appeared to be only one person behind the counter. After waiting for some time, I sought assistance from another employee, who seemed visibly bothered and uninterested in helping. He provided little to no information about the firearm and gave the impression that he would rather not be there. After waiting roughly twenty minutes, I was finally shown the weapon, but the interaction lacked enthusiasm, courtesy, and professionalism. While I recognize that every business can have off days, I believe that all customers--regardless of the cost of their intended purchase--should receive respectful and attentive service.
