Ordered 500 rounds of 9mm and an Osight X combo. They sent me an Osight GN. Sent an email asking for an RMA to receive the correct optic. Said I would have to ship both the optic and ammo back, which I did. They were supposed to send me the correct order, but instead refunded me and said I would have to place a new order. Took almost a month for the whole ordeal. I sent email communication after every step in the process too, so not sure how they messed that up. Tru shot canceled order 5 days after confirming order. They claimed I canceled the order when I did not. They repeatedly said I would receive a $10 gift certificate same day. I receive emails from True Shot Ammo every day. I opened their website to see what they have. Almost every item was SOLD OUT. So I did finally find an item that was listed in stock. I placed my order aphid for my item. I received an email stating my item will ship out on this order date. A week later I received and email stating Sorry This Item Is Out Of Stock. I will not order anything else from this company. Poor inventory levels, Poor Customer Support, and definitely not customer friendly. Difficult to work with. They ship one time to the home then need an and FLP (?) next time. Placed my order three times but Chase Sapphire did not approve the order because it was for AMMO. I was told, I need to call Chase in advance if I want to purchase AMMO. Credit card companies should not be making decisions as to what I can purchase...this is a step in the wrong direction. I don't trust them, went to the web site and everything i looked at had wrong pricing. 50 round pmc 357 $531.25 or 1000 round for $28.43. I'm not sure how they got my email but I have been getting emails the past 8 or so months. I don't live in AZ nor have I purchased ammo or guns online (obviously to be shipped to an FFL) in the last 2 years so I'm not really certain why I'm on their email list. I've unsubscribed no less than 4 times at this point over the last 2-3 months. At this point whatever business they could've offered me is now off the table. I have emailed someone at their company and asked them to unsubscribe me as the last ditch effort. If I get another email after 72 hours of the last 2 emails I sent today I will take this as harassment and will be reporting them to local authorities and the BBB. Service is terrible. I ordered a thousand rounds of 9mm shells. I received 800 rounds. I called and was told to send photos of box. I did they made a toy. Then they closed the t the next day with no solution. I have tried reopening toy. I have called them and get voicemail. I paid for a thousand rounds. I expect a thousand rounds. I ordered on December 22, 2023, was immediately charged and received notification last week that they are 2 weeks behind and sent a 10% coupon for "future" purchases. I have emailed customer service several days apart requesting an update/refund and supposedly I have a customer service ticket for my refund request. However, I get no response from TrueShot.
