Pretty disappointing pizza and customer service all around. Paid $37 for a medium pizza with a 2 liter for delivery. Was late b/c delivery instructions were not read. Delivery guy was noticibly irritated and was misdirected with his frustrations. Pizza was warm and subpar at best. read more

LOVE Bruno's! My favorite pizza place when we visit Grayton beach each year. Ordering whole pies can be a little pricey, but the buffet is a great deal. Haven't ordered delivery since they relocated. However, we now like to come in for the buffet halfway through our long bike rides, and it really hits the spot! Although it's not the best pizza I've ever had, I personally think it's the best of 30A. There are many toppings to choose from, great crust, and each slice has the right amount of cheese! Oh, and the cinnamon knots with frosting are oh-me-gee, dangerously good! Bruno's is a very friendly, laid back environment. This has been our go-to pizza place for years, and hopefully will continue to be for many years to come. read more

We had this delicious pizza delivered to our cottage in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. We had a bbq chicken, chicken bacon ranch, and a cheese for the kiddos. Everyone loved it. My three year old had three pieces! The chicken bacon ranch was very yummy. The sauce was delicious and wasn't bottled ranch poured over the pizza like some I've had other places. Large slices of chicken, bacon, red onions and cheese...yum! The bbq chicken was everyone's favorite. The sauce is spicy yet sweet. It was covered in large slices of chicken. The cheese was extra good as well, very cheesy and the marinara is delicious. We can't wait to have pizza from here again. Delivery was also quick and arrived sooner than the time quoted. Bruno's rocks! It didn't miss a beat moving from Seagrove to Watersound and it's still the most amazing pizza on 30A! The ingredients are top quality and super fresh. All the varieties of pizzas are so delicious or you can request your own customized version. Seeing Mark behind the counter tossing the pizza dough for the crust makes us smile, he is so friendly and LOVES what he does!! Don't miss the daily pizza and salad buffet and the live music on Friday nights. Nice selection of beers and wines too. Cashiers are super friendly and know what they're doing! Food was amazing! Great flavor, a little pricy but I'd have to say it still worth it. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the person who took my order was slightly pushy and hung up with out giving me a price and asking me if I wanted to pay with cash or card. This might be great pizza (best on 30A according to the box) but the integrity is lacking. When I went in to ask what the specials were tonight the fact that it was half price night (Sunday - Thursday) was withheld. So when I saw the flyer by the cash register with the 50% off 4pm to 6pm and inquired about it, I was told you had to ask for that deal before ordering/paying. It was the whole reason we were ordering at 5pm! I was told it was ladies sit at the counter for 5 bucks night but nothing about the deal for the pizza I was ordering. Shame on Bruno's Pizza for being completely not customer friendly and fair. Not going to let you on our last night at Seagrove Beach be ruined by you not having the decency to treat your customers like you'd want to be treated. read more

Since Bruno's moved to WaterSound, the quality has greatly improved. Pick-up time is approximately 15/20 minutes. It's ready by the time you drive there and is piping hot. The chicken pesto pizza is delicious and my favorite at the moment. The salads are also great pairs with a pizza. read more

We have a condo nearby and usually get pizza when we arrive. We decided to try out Bruno's and weren't disappointed! We were on vacation & order 3 pizzas. We were told 1 hour & 3 hours later no pizza...... After 3 hours we walked down street & ordered somewhere else. Don't bother. I spent $90 on pizzas and two of them were completely wrong. Called to get it corrected and got tons of attitude from the girl answering the phone. I got cut off on multiple tries and was finally told "I really need you to just stay on hold", and was then put back on hold without being given the chance to explain that I kept getting cut off while on hold. Awful. Rude. The food that was correct was very good, but it wasn't worth the money or the headache. read more

The garlic knots are doughy and have no garlic while the pizza is literally soaking in grease. It's really disappointing that this place is so disgusting. The staff isn't friendly and when I asked for extra marinara sauce they said 'yeah come up to the counter and get it'. They've definitely lost my service and I will NOT recommend them to anyone. We stay here every year at Rosemary Beach and will not return. GROSS!!! read more

This may not be the BEST pizza I've ever had but it definitely did not disappoint! For $30 we got a medium specialty pizza (chicken supreme) and salad that was enough to feed 4 adults. The pizza was LOADED with quality toppings and was very tasty. Think Papa Johns on crack. Best pizza in town? I insist on a recount! Wait this is Florida. Never mind, but our overpriced pizza that was supposed to be delivered in an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, was delivered at the two hours mark. It was lukewarm at best and not good. The young lady who finally answered my phone call after several tries to reach them in attempt to locate our missing food was dismissive and less than useless. Forget not helpful, nor was her boss. Several excuses later and another 20 minutes of waiting and what they called 'pizza', finally arrived. I've had a lot of pizza in my 52 years of life and this is right up there with the worst. Drive on by if you see this place and don't look back(obscure reference to Lot's wife). You'd think that someone who had just ordered over one hundred dollars of bad pizza might at least get some decent customer service. I visit here all the time too. Just visited here for their lunch buffet. It's $8.50 and includes salad, pizza buffet and drink!!! The pizza is wonderful especially their veggie and taco pizzas. Thursdays is ladies days so it was only $5.03 for the buffet!! It gets really crowded around 12-1 so I would recommend going a little earlier for their lunch. read more

Our favorite Pizza on all of 30A! I love the variety they have....from meat lovers and traditional to vegetarian and gluten free. They are located by the main Watercolor entrance off 30A, and have nice inside and outside seating. Periodically they also have music. read more
