HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RIP OFF. After taking nearly a month just to complete the order of my tractor and implements due to them failing to return my multiple calls to them they sent me my tractor without a radio that I paid for and with USED IMPLEMENTS!! I ordered a box scraper and they sent me a used blade scraper. After calling to complain they stated they would refund the difference in price between the two implements, first off that doesnt get me my box scraper that I need, second I have called multiple times asking where that partial refund is and months later still have not received the partial refund. Hazel is the main person there and she has no idea what she is doing or how to follow up with customers. I am beside myself how horrible this company operates. I would rather work naked in the sun, doing all of my tractor work bare handed, than work with Bruno's Powersports again. I bought a tractor from them with a loader and backhoe attachment. The quick-attach for the loader had two different handle sizes. They used four different length bolts to hold the backhoe on, and all of them were short. It ended up stripping out between 1/4 and 1/2 inch of the female threads that go into the transmission cover near the PTO. Because they did not help me, I had to personally find and buy the right sized bolts. Now I get to worry about the bolts stripping out the rest of the female threads and force me to replace the entire rear cover of the transmission. I called about these problems and even supplied pictures through email and have been totally ignored about all of this. read more

We walked in and no one helped us. After a while someone at the front desk yelled at someone in the back to come and help us. When he came out he asked "What do you want?". It was like he didn't want us to buy anything. When we told him we wanted a lawnmower all he said was "What kind?". After that we left. read more

Came in and spoke with someone who smelled of liquor, the man claimed to be the owner. Reluctantly we still dropped off our sons quad for scheduled oil change, air filter, 2 tires and a once over. After having his quad for nearly a month we came back to see what the hec is going on. They pushed our quad out because it no longer ran and handed us a bill for $689.31 what the F is going on I said to them. They reply "that quad is a piece of sh*t get it out of here". My son was riding his 2014 quad with no strange noises or problems only needing (and not badly) 2 tires, we were just having the other things done while it was there. Now our son is very upset with nothing to ride and we are stuck spending a lot of money to see that smile again. read more

I ordered a Massey Ferguson GC 1710 with a 12 inch backhoe bucket. Bruno's sent me a tractor with a 9 inch backhoe bucket. Now they're trying to upsell me a 12 inch bucket. I paid full price in cash for mine. In the past two weeks I called five times left messages been transferred and hung up on. Still with no 12 inch bucket.9-19-2 It is now 9-21-2018 And the owner is replacing the back bucket. Called about mounting a front tire on a 1600 Nomad. Told me 60 bucks on the phone. Final price was 79 and some change. Almost 30% markup. Cost almost as much to mount the tire as it did for the tire itself. I call that being a liar. Will never use again or recommend. read more

There are terrible reviews about this company all over the internet. After reading some of them, I was skeptical about giving them a call, but gave it a try. I asked about 90 hp tractors. The young man told me prices of the Massey Ferguson, but when I asked about the much less expensive Zetor, he quickly discouraged me from that model and seemed to not even want to discuss Zetor at all. I then contacted an old friend of mine whom I trust and have known for 29 years. She was born in Cabot and has lived there most of her life. She told me that yes, Bruno's is VERY shady with a poor reputation among Cabot citizens and will rip you off anyway they possibly can. I have decided not to make the trip up to Cabot. I feel it would be a huge waste of time and fuel. The sales staff needs to listen to customers and fully answer questions even if they are attempting to save money by not wanting to upgrade to the most expensive models on the lot. read more

Just came from there. I am very interested in buying a new tractor. I stopped to price and to buy if the price was right. I walk in, and there were three young men in red shirts walking around. Two walked right past me and the other looked straight at me but none even acknowledge my existence. I stood and waited for several minutes in plain view of the offices and young men who were walking back and forth. Finally, I walked over to the parts service desk where one guy was on the phone, one the computer and the third was listening to two customers (?) chat. Finally, the guy listening to the two seated customers looked at me and asked if I needed help. "Why yes,, I have some questions about a tractor". He pointed me across the building to the row of offices and said the young man in the last one would help me. I told him I had already been standing over there with zero acknowledgement. Then and only then did he pick up the phone to call the "young man". As I waled towards the offices, the young dark haired man came out. No greeting, no introducing himself, no "how can I help you". When I introduced myself, told him what I was looking for and expressed dismay that I had to stand around so long, he was immediately defensive. A whole list of excuses. No apology. I should have walked out right then, but I really wanted to know about the tractor and attachments I was interested in. I followed him into his office so he could pull up the pricing. I wanted to give him the chance to redeem himself. He didn't. he only got worse with another list of excuses when I mentioned again that some customer friendly training might help their business. If this is the way they treat their customers, I ca only imagine how bad their after the sell service might be. Rarely do you see a whole shop full of bad attitudes. This tells me the owner and or General Manager apparently do not care about moving inventory -- they have a lot of it! (or they may not be very pleasant to work for) . There are many other tractor dealers int he area. I will take my business to one of them. I will not patronize a place that is this unfriendly and uncaring. Reading the other reviews, I see that this has been a long term problem. Now, I wonder what they are selling out the back to stay "in business" ???? read more

Purchased an ATV from Bruno's on eBay. The ATV was advertised as having specific mileage but when I received the ATV I found out that the odometer was not working and apparently they didn't know that even though they claim that their mechanics checked everything out. I contacted them to try to resolve the situation and at one point they did offer to send me "parts" but no parts were ever sent and they refuse to return phone calls or email messages to find a compromise to resolve the situation. They seem like nice people but probably best to avoid internet transactions and only deal with them if you can walk into their business to get face time. read more
