Glad that they closed , same owner Dr. Topol owned EB location. Dentist did not agree on how many cavities I had and I trusted the wrong one. Who I later found out had his license suspended & reinstated before I was treated by him. He performed unnecessary work & I'm STILL suffering from what he did. How Dr. Topol let this so called dentist work & do harm to my teeth makes me sick. How do people like this sleep at night? Disgusted & still don't trust dentist because of this office. read more

The First 5 minutes of the filling was painful. The dentist did not let the novocaine settle long enough. Update: I supposedly have more cavities that need to be filled. However, I got a second opinion, the new dentist looked at my x-rays and said I do not have any cavities (No Tears Dental Lied). Save your money and go elsewhere. This dentist has no shame. They are only out to make money anyway they can. He has no problem taking his Mercedes Benz and parking in the front to show off (While bragging about his car and money when drilling into your teeth). This place is all about money and not about the patient. Always get a second or third opinion. read more

Do not go to this office. I would like to rate "0" stars, but won't allow it. The staff at Dr. Topol's office is unknowledgeable and very rude. Unfortunately it starts from the top. Tina, the "office manager" has the worst demeanor. They tried to charge me a cop-pay for routine cleaning, which our insurance covers at 100%. She was rude and argumentative, I let it go. Cleaning appointment day, I called to inform I was 3 blocks away-5 mins.late (traffic). She said no. I went anyway to ask why-She was very rude. Took another call while I was expressing my concern, so I asked for her full name and she wrote it on piece of paper and flashed it to me. Terrible customer service-just lost 6 clients (my family) and will spread the word about the terrible treatment I received. read more

I walked into the dental office like I did walking into every other; nervous. My former dentist had told me last week that I had needed 3 cavities to be filled. At my former office the pricing was far from affordable and my friend had recommended No Tears Dental. The highly trained staff here catered to all my questions and concerns kindly and professionally. The state of the art environment helped to ease my tensions and I was very proud of the outcome of the procedure. From start to finish, the procedure had painlessly, lasted a little over an hour and then I was on my way. The pricing was very fair and affordable and I plan to definitely come back whenever necessary :) read more

The procedure was ok, but the dentist made racist comments about an assistant or two of his not having "American" enough names. Plus, he was a bit rude to them in the room and there felt like there was tension between them. I'll never go there again. read more

Be careful of this facility. My child was told she had 12 cavities and the Dentist she had been to before did not see any. He is a graduate of NYU Dental so I do trust him. Not sure why this happened but I guess maybe they are more than happy to drill 12 teeth due to little shadows??? read more

horrible experience w/ Tina the office manager, she was rude blew me off to the point were she said i"ll call you rite back after i speak w/ the Dr. & never did hear back from her again. Well that is until i called her 2 months later & had to call her back. I had been going to Dr. Unghermah on Summerhill Rd. in East Brunswick, NJ since the age of 6 until about early 30's. He has everyone of my ex rays prior to seeing Dr. Lucy. I only went to Lucy ,because of my insurance had changed. Which was very devastating looking back at it all.This has all originated w/ Dr. Lucy . Shes suppose to be a type of professional & know what shes doing. I'm sorry she has now passed,but its like going to a mechanic for your car. If u don't know about cars ??? How do u know if they fixed the problem or made it worse. When sitting down w? Dr. Shwartz he went tooth by tooth & explained what had been done, how it should have been done & prob also how he was gonna fix everything. Along the way we ran into many difficulties due to Dr. Lucy's work while Dr. Lucy worked on me she was always either staring off into the tv that's there for the patients. Talking w- her side kick.Not sure of her name because she never spoke to me only to the Dr. about cooking shows. also Dr. Lucy was always either playing games on her cell phone or speaking to her kids. In my book i have no idea how she lasted as long as she did ?Let alone seeing her work ethic , why wasn't she fired the 1st day,week,month ? Any longer then that is the offices fault. Shes a liability NOW the teeth that Lucy clearly destroyed, my 2 front teeth she did the root canals wrong which clearly shows on the ex-rays. I had even told her multiple times that they r loose . So when Shwartz tried to knock the crown out. The entire tooth came out. that was implant numb 1.) ok so she messed up once again doing it on the other front tooth.also Great ! numb. 2.) implant $$$$ my two front teeth are both out for about 6 months & gonna cost a fortune. Great look by the way! Then had to shell out for a flipper which is a good couple hundred $$$ Just to look halfway decent. While the 2 front implants heal.Okay so all of u know implants run anywhere up to $3,500 a tooth.Now we get to number 3.) a tooth on the right side.which again Dr. Lucy messed up AGAIN and destroyed yet again by over drilling,not filling in the canal all the way, angling wrong.people usually go to the dentist twice a yr. for ex rays & cleanings, I live at the dentist, because I was there for Lucy to (fix) what ever the prob was. so i think i'm finished nope. DR. Shwartz now has to fix all of her work So on top of all of this i don't even know what to say except. Instead of doing whatever it is i need to be doing or even want to be doing. I'll be at the dentist. I've pretty close to 2 yrs fixing and re-fixing my teeth. THE BEST PART IS NOW NO MORE TEARS WANTS ME TO PAY FOR THIS #3 IMPLANT !!!! Thankfully i have proof the prior films before and after lucy touched my teeth. Also DR. Ungermah is helping in this situation by providing me withe the documentation needed to resolve this complete disaster. p.s. if u do go to this office only go to dr. shwartz. i wouldn't trust another person in this office..I also read on this app which it had said she was horrible (Tina OFFICE MANAGER)She was much worse to that other person who posted. Worst experience I ever had with a Dentist office. One of the doctors working at this dentist office was terrible under the supervision of dr.Topol , messed up my root canal treatment. Ended up going to a dental surgeon for extraction. Was in pain for 6 months .I can't and won't say more. The only reason I give one star is because you have to roll over a star in order to rate this office. The staff is nice. Be careful with this one.. read more

My regular checkup appointment (every 6 mths) was scheduled for 3:30pm and I did not get out of the dental office till after 5:15 pm. It took me 1 hour 45 mins to just get a regular cleaning.
