I had my free massage and they gave me a voucher for a $34.99 first time full body massage at their location. I really enjoyed the woman Peggy who gave me the chair sample massage, so I made an appointment to have a full body massage with her. So in June I had a full body massage with Peggy and she let me know that she was about to leave for surgery and would be out for a few weeks. I actually signed up for their monthly membership at $59.95 a month (which can be rolled over to the next month, etc.). I waited until I got the call that Peggy was back and saw her in August. I also requested an upgrade to a hot stone massage. What a waste of money!! She put about 4 hot stones on my back and rubbed them around and eventually they got cold and that was it!! Peggy also likes to talk throughout the entire massage - something I don't really appreciate. Especially when the talk got political and anti vaccine!! Seriously - did I need to know her opinions!!??? So when it was time for my next massage I called and asked who does the best deep tissue work. They said "Peggy" and I said "NO - I don't want Peggy". They said Frank was also good - so I scheduled with Frank. He is an older gentleman who has been doing massages for quite a long time according to him. His technique was very good and even though it wasn't as strong as I might have liked - it was an acceptable massage. The whole purpose of me signing up for the monthly membership was so that I would go more regularly for massages at a more reasonable price. When I am done with the massage I also go across the street to the LA Fitness and soak in the hot tub - so its a win-win situation!! Last night I had another massage with Frank and it was good - not the best I've ever had, but very good. Like I said - the whole purpose of the membership was to get me going more regularly at a reasonable price. I like the convenience of it being fairly close to my home and the fact that I can go soak in the hot tub across the street afterwards.

I was asked if I was okay with a masseur rather than a masseus and I said that was fine. I found the facility to be clean and pleasant. My massage was done by Seth. He asked what areas were in most need of attention and I told him my lower back. Seth is quite young and although the concentration was on my back, he did a really good job overall. I would definitely recommend Seth and plan to see him the next time.

Days before the appointment, my stretch session was in question, however, the branch contacted me several times to discuss options and finally cancel the stretch appointment. On the appointment day, I arrived early and check-in was very easy. I was offered water or tea while I waited.
