My daughter and I had an appointment with Reagan(blow out) and Kendall (up do). They both were very nice and very talented in styling our hair beautifully. The only thing I didn't know is not to wash my hair and arrive with it wet for an updo. you should arrive with clean, dry hair. Kendall shared it takes more time as now it had to be dried .. I offered to just do the blowout, but she was very sweet and OK with sticking to the updo plan. Both of our hairs receive lots of compliments at the wedding that night. I can't say enough great things about Brush Salon! Specifically, Nicole is the stylist I go to and I highly recommend her. From her hair whispering abilities (I get cuts and blonde highlights), to her cute personality that makes all my visits entertaining, to her AHHHHHMAZING head massage during my hair wash - she is just total perfection. However, I have also used the services of others in the salon, whether it was a highlight when Nicole was on maternity leave or a brow wax, and all interactions from check-in to payment at the front desk have been stellar. The salon is modern and has a great vibe, the staff all appear vibrant and engaging. If only they had manicure options - they'd be my one stop shop for all things beautifying! I scheduled with Isabel for a bleach and tone/color correction and she was an ANGEL sent from the heaven of all the hair gods. I had gotten tired of doing my roots at home and so she was the first person to have ever touched my hair and I don't regret sitting in her chair at all. She made me look like a freaking barbie! If I could select zero stars, I would. Horrrible customer service, lots of complaining by stylists about their workplace, unable to resolve issues speedily, reception is argumentative. She basically called me a liar. I will always steer people away from this location. My husband purchased a gift card ($200) for me. After attempting to schedule an appointment, I was told I needed to have a consultation and that they would bill me for the consult. My phone was on speakerphone, two other adults in the room also heard her say this. I said "I don't need a consultation". She later mentioned the consultation, and I replied, I'm not paying for a consultation." She then told me she didn't say that--but in a super snotty way. That call got me so upset. I asked for a refund of the gift certificate. She said she would have the OWNER call me back. She had another employee call me back, who stated the owners were unavailable. On a Monday, at 10:24. That alone speaks volumes of their lack of customer service. Just don't go there and keep that beautiful smile on your face! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I am new to the area and had been to a couple other salons before ending up here. I am so happy I found my way to them! What a fantastic experience. My stylist was Nicole and she immediately made me feel welcome and valued as a client. The whole place had a very positive vibe. It was clear the staff respected one another and enjoyed their jobs there. Lots of uplifting comments back and forth and to clients. I had a cut & color done and was thrilled with the results. I am fairly easygoing and generally trust the stylist to do their thing without a lot of guidance from me. At other places, this hasn't always paid off. But Nicole was awesome and totally got me. She really is a visionary and very talented. And so nice!! After my hair was done, she explained how to maintain the style & color. I also picked up some Minu products which I am now hooked on. All in all, I give these guys two BIG thumbs up!! The salon itself is very clean, comfy & well-appointed too. Reasonable rates for services. Everyone was professional, courteous and kind. Very happy to have this new salon off 210. They are professional, courteous and do a great job. The business is well organized, clean and while they accept walkin's, an appointment is recommended. There doesn't seem to be much turnover, so you're bound to find a regular stylist if that is what you're seeking. I like that they text you as a reminder for your upcoming appointment. When you arrive you'll be offered a drink while you wait. I can't speak for fir all the stylists but can say Hunter does a great job. read more

I relocated to N Florida and was very anxious to find a top-notch stylist and a quality Salon. On-line searches lead me to Brush Salon and I was impressed by their well-kept and stylish ineterior. They were very welcoming and were eager to find a "good fit" for me. At first I would simply ask to be placed with their "top" available stylists for wash & blow-outs, so I could experience the different stylists techniques with my hair texture. My "scientific approach" helped me greatly to assess the skills i like best. I loved Nicole, (top-notch!) and I still use her as my "shot gun" :-)! As soon as I experienced Kayla's touch, I knew I had found my match. She asked a lot about my preferences and lifestyle and then made recommendations - always consulting me for my comfort level. Kayla is a highly skilled top-notch stylist and has been phenomenal with her precision cuts and color!!! I read some of the reviews left by the others and while I can agree with them, my experience has been nothing but good. I go to Nicole Kaleel and she always does an amazing job on my hair with both cut and color. I know there was a girl working there that cut someone's SUPER terribly and while I was under the dryer, Nicole had to fix it because the girl that did it was off that day but Nicole made it look even and kept it looking long despite the other girl (who, from what I hear, has been let go). I definitely recommend going to Nicole. I've sent several people I am friends with to her and they won't let anyone else touch their hair but her. I can't speak for the other girls in the salon, but I can definitely vouche for Nicole. read more

I moved here from Connecticut and went to the best hair salon there. My mom went here for color & highlights and I figured I would because she did. I got highlights which I really like but she cut my hair like a 5 year old while my hair was dry which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I realized when I got home that it was UNEVEN on each side by like half an inch and she cut off so much when I wanted to keep it long. There are also random long pieces that stick out. It looks DISGUSTING I am so angry. Never going here again, can they learn how to cut hair please? read more

This is a fantastic salon. It's cute and modern inside and full of talent. I tend to call in at the last minute and ask if i can come in same day. I've been to 3 different stylist and all were great. I have long, thick and wavy hair that I like to wear both straight and curly and i was happy with all three stylist. They also sell an Italian line of hair products that I love. read more

I have searched for a good stylist since moving from Washigton DC. Today I hit the jackpot. I saw Summer to correct a highlite disaster. I have a strong red undertone so figured it would take her a couple tries to totally fix the issue. Surprise! She aced it on the first try! Perfect shade choice, excellent placement.
