I was a first-time spray tan client and went ALL IN... no trial, straight in for my WEDDING. I had seen amazing reviews so I felt confident, but WOW, they completely exceeded every expectation. Definitely recommend a trial for anyone who's nervous but I was a bride on a budget . I told them I needed something non-transfer and sweat-proof (wedding nerves + hot day), and they absolutely delivered. The color was PERFECT, natural, even, zero streaks. It lasted a full 5 days without budging and then faded so beautifully and evenly you couldn't even tell. The staff made me feel so comfortable the entire time, especially as a first-timer. The whole process was quick, easy, and honestly kind of fun. I'm officially converted. I want to get a spray tan here for every event now. Cannot recommend them enough! If you can't tone it tan it!

I give the lower rating because my tan came out very very light. I am an experienced tanner and I generally go very deep on myself, and love a bronzed glow if I self tan at home. I did medium which was recommended for me and rinsed (with no soap) in the 3hrs, as I was told to. I followed all the rules, but once I rinsed and allowed the tan develop into the next day, I barely had a glow and was really really disappointed by the depth and color of my tan. I was underwhelmed and felt like I completely wasted my money. The medium tan came out as if I chose light. It was barely noticeable and I did not feel like a bronzed summer goddess for my trip. No one around me even knew I went and tanned. I wished I had left it on much longer than recommended for it to develop deeper. Because of this, my "baby glow" only lasted about 2-3 days of my 8 day vacation. By the beginning of my trip I was pale again. I used the recommended soaps and did everything I was supposed to, NO DOVE. But the whole point of me paying so much money for a spray tan rather than doing it myself with a tanning mit at home, was the hope that it would last longer than store bought, and it did not. Because of this I feel that I paid way too much for something that only lasted a few days.

Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. Im looking at the window and am noticing there are no hours posted for Sunday (the day I went). Hard to see but then I notice all the lights are off. Weird?? I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! I was out of there within 15 minutes. She also recommended me a coffee shop as I asked her what was good in that area.
