Went but had no service performed. On arrival, I was told that they only whiten the front 8 teeth - not the whole set of teeth. I needed the whole, and particularly the sides, done. Recommended that the information should have be included on their site to avoid all-round wasting of time. Staff was understanding and would pass recommendation on to owner. Since no service was performed, it's hard to rate. Gave the 3-star because I wasted my time going there only to find out what I could have gotten on their website. read more

Been going to the Tannery for a year almost. Making an appointment is very easy; I appreciate how fast I get my requests responded via text. Everyone is nice and helpful when setting up appointments. The services I usually get are: Brazilian, and full legs. I appreciate that Leigha is very detailed oriented but never sacrifices speed: that is what we all want! The rooms and utensils are always spotless and clean, great ambience- music and I also appreciate they have packages that save you $, but also they help you keep track of appointments and payment info. This location is in a little mall so parking is not an issue and close to main roads. I recommend the Tannery and specially Leigha!! Five stars!! read more

In order to book an appointment online you have to pay in advance. I paid $55.00 for the rapid tan. After my tan I paid a cash tip. I had my receipt emailed to me. I check my accounts daily, I saw that I was charged the $55.00 as expected, but also had a charge for $88.36. I feel very uncomfortable about it. I called and left a message, they said the manager will call me back to resolve it. So probably check your account after paying for a service on line. This is why I don't like paying for reservations or services online with a card. read more

First time coming to the Tannery for quick organic spray tan before a trip I was taking and Leigha was amazing. Prior to my appointment, I got a text on pre spray tan instructions and after leaving I got a text for post spray tan instructions. Leigha greeted me at the door and did my spray tan for me. She did an amazing job. Highly recommend requesting her for your spray tan session. I like how after the spray tan session, I did not feel sticky. Also a lot of places make you use a blow dryer to dry yourself. This place they have a air blowing machine on the wall and Leigha pressed a button and said this will help you dry quicker. Once the machine stops, I was all dried up. Place appeared clean and lighting is good so that the spray tan tech is able to see in all angles when spraying. 1st time customer- I got 10 dollars off which was awesome. After a series a hilariously horrible tanning experiences, Amanda the bartender at PBS local pub in LB told me about it when I stopped for Lunch. Well, I am absolutely very very pleased. Not only is the service amazing, the tan is even, clean, the young lady wiped my nails and palms, explained the process, text AND emailed information. I bought two more tans on the spot. Oh and the boutique is so cute!!!! They have great little clothes and whatnot, and they offer a ton of services! I WILL be back for tanning and excited to try their other services! read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here. Not the best service. The staff is not kind. We were 5 minutes late to our appointment. The staff didn't even give us a courtesy call. They just texted us where we were. I wasn't able to text as I was driving. Then one minute later, they canceled our appointment. It was 1 pm on Thursday so it's not like they were insanely busy. I honestly feel so frustrated and honestly sad by my experience. I was so excited for my spray tan for my trip. I will not be coming back. I used to love this place until this experience with the staff. The staff is incredibly rude. There's better tanning salons with better customer service. I had to get spray tanned twice in 24 hours. The first attempt was horrible and left me splotchy and weird spots that were darker than they should've been. I called and then Mercedes to the rescue. She re-sprayed me and I had a beautiful dark tan that looked beautiful my entire vacation. One star removed for first attempt being unsatisfactory. One star removed because I'm not sure why as it's never happened to me before but the quickie tan left my skin incredibly dry. Could be because I got sprayed twice in 24 hrs? Nonetheless I didn't love having to put on lotion like an alligator in the Sahara to keep the scales away. read more
