I showed her a picture and asked if she could make them a little fuller than the picture but still natural, but I could barely see because they were weighing down my eyes, and my eyes stung from the close application of the lashes to the root. I decided to go home and hope they would ease up and that I would get used to it. It was just too heavy, so I called back later and asked to remove some since they were just way too big for my eye shape. Given all of this, I still wasn't upset at all since she was just trying to make it more full, as I asked, just a slight miscommunication. Aside from this, I've been getting lashes for around 8 years now, and have never experienced so much pain and soreness from lash extensions. Something about their glue is insanely hard and pokey, or maybe she used too much (?). The extensions were placed so close to the lash line, and none of the extensions were isolated, which both made my lashes and lash line so sore. I don't typically like to express negative experiences, but I really tried to wait it out and just use lash serum to make my natural lashes grow faster so the soreness and pain would go away, but it's been 2 weeks, and it still hasn't. If you've been getting lashes, you know the worst feeling is when there's one lash you can feel that is so sore, but over the past 2 weeks, it feels as if I find 5 a day. I've ripped out so many of my natural lashes, too, since it's so uncomfortable, and now have only about 10 lash extensions left. This is really disappointing since I thought I found my favorite lash salon, and considering how much I paid and the good reviews online, I was expecting a much better application of the lashes.

Parking is easy because it shares a lot with other Stores in the plaza. Services are price very fairly as well. So happy I found this lash shop and it's closer to my house.
