I tried it not knowing what to do, all the beads came off all over the floor! My granddaughter was in disbelief and tears in her eyes. I felt very bad, but it was pick up time no time for her to make another one. For the 5 year old to leave with broken heart was not nice at all. The 7 year old tied his own bracelet but it all came apart in the car. For $99 per kid I paid almost $200, definitely was not cheap. Why can the teacher help the younger ones tying the bracelets? The beautiful long nails maybe more useful as a receptionist or secretary. I was more than disappointed!

The others, like Pinot's Palette had an answering machine that said they would call me back if I called within business hours, which I did and guess what? No call back. So Sarah answered and explained everything. She took my questions without an attitude (they were kinda dumb questions). After that she asked if I could pay through her website, which I could not because I was in commute between job sites. So she processed everything on the website for me. Great customer service. After I made reservations, she tailored the experience for me and my wife, because we were her only two customers for the night. That just meant we could do a learning class, step-by-step, or paint a picture of choice. We chose the latter. Sarah, then told me if the menu she offered so I ordered 2 bottles of wine and a 7 cheese plate. Great food. The food comes from the Cellar wine bar across the street. She had it already displayed by the time we arrived. Sarah was very friendly, she had a great playlist and walked us through everything. This is someone who loves her work and it shows in how she treats her guest. At the end of the night, we had some descent pictures and a great date. Thank you Sarah for making a well deserved date night for me and my wife special.

Finalizing the plans was also efficient & easy. Our painter arrived on time, was effective at leading the girls, & even stayed a little extra for every girl to wrap up. Everyone's interpretation of art is unique and it was great to see the group's creative flare with our self portraits. Sonia is a great instructor. She provided step by step instructions to the group and took the time to ensure that everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. If you have not attended a paint night, now is the time to sign up. Sonia is on FB and IG. She can also come to you if you would like to book a private party for a Birthday, Bridal Shower, family gathering, etc... Sonia will provide all of the canvases, paint, brushes, and the smock. I had a blast. This is my 2nd time painting with Sonia. I will be planning another paint night as more co-workers from work were jealous looking at the pictures that we took during the event(we had sooo much fun). Our instructor was great! Downfall - parking isn't all that easy. You park on the street and have to pay a few bucks as it's metered parking. After 6p it's free parking I believe. Anyway, downtown LB is a fun place. This place just makes it SERIOUSLY that much better! Super fun to go with a good group of people! Very enjoyable experience! The class is about 2 & 1/2 to 3 hours and it FLIES by. You get so…read moreimmersed into your painting that you lose track of time. The interior is incredibly vibrant and colorful which makes for a very welcoming atmosphere. The instructor Elle brought great energy to the class and was very encouraging to all the attendees. The class moves steadily so you don't feel rushed, and they encourage you to work at your own pace as well as allowing you to be free to make deviations from the painting as you see fit. There's a lot of freedom in what you create which I found to add to the experience as everybody's painting is their own unique piece of art. The staff help clean everything up at the end, assist with photos, answer questions, and let you take your time as you leave in the event you need to add those finishing touches to your masterpiece. Overall, this was such an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend you check this out; whether you're going solo, with friends, or on a cute date. Super fun time and very reasonably priced.
