Jose came highly recommended by another local remediation professional / company and we're so glad we went with Wall to Wall. Jose was friendly and responsive from the first call, timely with communications and just on a whole really easy to work with. We are really grateful he kept in touch with us as our project dates emerged/ moved and they completed the work in a really reasonable time frame and at an also reasonable rate - all so we could get back into our home. They left the space clean and I would work with them again in a heartbeat / refer to others. Winter 2025: We had a need for build back of our garage ceiling and Jose's team did a spectacular job and was great about letting us know timing and cleaned everything up really well too. Summer 2026: we had a more complex project and Jose/ team helped us with efficient and awesome build back of a kitchen sink / cabinet area, another master bedroom vanity / sink area, a cat closet / backside of a bathroom, and a small portion of a kids' room. they were wonderful in reconnecting the plumbing and fridge etc, helped make sure all paint colors and baseboards matched. The house walls were in rough shape as the prior family lived 10 years in the house and there were damaged drywall, broken lights, broken blinds and missing/broken outlet covers riddled through the house. Jose provided a competitive quote after seeing the house, was available to do the job earlier than other painters and was really easy to work with. Jose also had good ideas of what kind of paints to use (colors and finishes) and also found a bunch of smaller issues to repair that I did not even notice (which he did free of charge). The house looks really good now and I could not be happier with the ease of working with him on this project. Jose is extremely trustworthy. He noticed issues they could not have seen until they dug into the details. He didn't mask dry rot and paint over it, he made clear recommendations and explained to me why they would need more time and effort verifying I was ok with the additional effort. In most cases I honestly think he underquoted me. They completely rebuilt our porch banister because of severe dry rot and his concern if our dogs or child would get onto the porch and push past a post. We really appreciated that. Jose was also SUPER patient with us. We started this job without having 100% certainty of the colors we wanted. Jose got us maybe... 8 different paint samples, painted sections and joints of our house so we could get a real sense of what the colors would look like before we chose. He didn't charge us for that time, the paint, or honestly the delays we caused him. And because of his patient, we got colors we really enjoy now.
