The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, all the seafood tasted fresh and flavorful. However, the seafood in the paella was slightly overcooked, which caused it to lose some of its natural juiciness and affected the texture. An extra fluffy waffle base with a scoop of ice cream on top, covered in strawberry slices and whipped cream. So good. The meat was dry, tasteless and with even less add-ons inside than at any of the main fast-food chains. Needless to say it was a real disappointment. Not to mention the fries accompanying the burger which were shockingly bad (especially when your neighbor is a decent fritkot!). As for the starters, I thought the jalapeno were not too bad (despite their frozen origin), and the nachos tasted ok provided you stayed clear of the dips (they may not have come from a freezer, but the tin they came from was equally bad). I normally refrain from writing a review if I expect to put the lowest grade but seeing more than two stars when looking up this one gave me the impetus to take action.
