My apartment complex had this place's ice cream catered, and I absolutely loved the birthday cake ice cream. I wish I got to try the other flavors, especially the sorbets, but this was really perfect for this hot and sunny day.

Regular old chocolate on top of a vanilla based, seasonal flavor I can't remember.

Short story: A walk up ice cream place that offers cones, milk shakes, blasts, freezes, and pints. You can order cakes as well. Longer story: The quality is consistent year round and the service ranges from polite to very out going and friendly. It's typically very appropriately staffed, but things can get hectic if it gets unexpectedly slammed. The store owners are very nice and were incredibly friendly and easy going. We had them as a vendor at a massive end of year school event and they were great to work with.

My favorite ice cream spot! The best non diary ice cream is the non diary white raspberry truffle. Raspberry Truffle is a vegan ice cream made with oat milk, raspberry ribbons, and chocolate flakes.

Always on the quest for great ice cream, margaritas & pizza. Hit jackpot here! Was at my mom's dentist when I opened the Ashburn magazine and Bruster's was on the cover! Captivating story & pictures. Immediately after the appointment we headed right over!! W-O-W...just incredible- so many choices & the nicest team members. Hard to make a decision! Mint chocolate chip for mom & toffee crunch (I think that is part of the name). Will definitely return! What an incredible treat!!

Stopped by after dinner for some ice cream. It wasn't too busy, the service was quick and friendly. Ordered a single scoop of the peanut butter chocolate buckeye and it was pretty good! Didn't care for the hard Carmel swirls but it was thick and creamy. Good portion size. Plenty of outdoor seating and well lit.

After lunch I took the kids to an ice cream shop. We just asked Siri and she listed off a few places. Third on the list was Bruster's with a 4.5 star rating. My son (the ice cream connoisseur) widened his eyes and gave me a look. I knew what that meant. Very impressive Ice cream. I had a small waffle cone with a Dark Chocolate Graham and he had Mint Chocolate Chip. They even had a special baby cone for River that was complimentary. The staff was very kind. Reasonably priced, quickly prepared and tasted great. I haven't eaten that much ice cream in one sitting for months, and I didn't even finish mine. The Dark Chocolate was not too incredibly sweet like most ice cream. It was smooth and I could taste the graham component very distinctly from the waffle cone. This was also River's first personal cone. Vanilla with sprinkles. She really enjoyed it as the pictures showed. She also learned what happens when you don't pay attention and dropped it. I didn't catch the tantrum on camera but I'll tell ya it was exactly like your imagining. Cute and terrifying all at the same time Overall, I definitely recommend this place. Apparently it's pretty popular here as there are several within just a few miles of each other. Well deserved of it's rating.

This is the best ice cream in the Ashburn area. Hands down. Chain or no chain. This is just good ice cream. And I am a big fan of dozens of flavors offered at one time. If you can't find a flavor you like here, then you just don't like ice cream. If you can't drive to Point of Rocks to visit Rocky Point, or Great Falls to go to GF Creamery, or down 15 to go to the Moo Thru, then this is your best bet for delicious ice cream. Personal favorite: chocolate Oreo.

Was visiting the Dollar Tree store next door with my mom and saw an outdoor ice cream place really poppin with customers! It's located at the corner of the shopping plaza, servicing outdoor orders. There is lots of space and outdoor seating, and I have seen families bring lawn chairs or sit on the side walks to eat their ice creams. The atmosphere felt like total beach vacation vibes; as if you were hanging out with your friends and at a beach boardwalk AND BRO LOTS OF CUTE DOGGOS TOO Ice creams my friends and I ordered was the Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Chocolate Marshmellow and Vanilla. The Mint Chocolate Chip is what I ordered! Simple but delicious. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is what my boyfriend got, and he said it was good, especially with the chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks. Lastly, the Chocolate Marshmellow and Vanilla had the marshmellow infused with the chocolate, where you can taste the sweet marshmellow mixed with the chocolate flavor. And the vanilla is vanilla. Overall, the ice cream was super soft and creamy, and would definitely come back try their other menu items :)

It's a bit of a hike for us but we came here to check out the ice creams. My kid ordered the NY cheese cake and spouse the gluten and dairy free chocolate, which they both liked. The prices are high but the service is good. Also they have a sitting area outside the store, which works well in a pandemic, if one is ready to brave some flies.

The line was around the corner and it made me very excited. The server in the window was kind. Ice cream was creamy and tasty. Oreo cheesecake!

Very interesting concept as this place seems to be more of a dessert shop, I am curious on how good the viet food is.. maybe one day! I ordered the valentine bingsu which consist of a bunch of fruit and vanilla ice cream. The bingsu was advertised with "milky ice flavor" which I did not taste the "milky" part. The shredded ice was a great consistency, though! Easy to scoop up, melts fast, & not ice-y which to me is crucial to a decent bingsu. The strawberries paired were great and very sweet, the peach felt like it was from a can, pineapple gave off canned vibes, except it was extremely bitter and basically gone bad. Mangoes were OK not very sweet and Vanilla ice cream was good but you can't go wrong with that if it's store-bought. Overall would give this a 5/10 maybe 4.5/10. You order on the kiosk or at the counter. I opted for the kiosk as the employees were busy, I did however asked at the counter to Change my order after once I realized they had the valentine bingsu since I was feeling more fruit desserts (originally ordered the strawberry & cream). They were accommodating which I appreciated! Service was nice for the most part - the guy that served me my order did not acknowledge me when I said thank you... or when we took him the dish after the food and said thanks again lol service can be spotty based on who you get I guess? Again Curious on the viet food here!

We ended up waiting like 15 minutes for our cookies since they baked them, but they got our order wrong and got us the right one for free. The cookies, in general, were both burnt but also underbaked. Also, we didn't get them in the moltn brand cardboard boxes, but in styrofoam boxes instead. The peanut butter cookie had a good flavor, but the red velvet and s'mores were average. I probably would only try this once if you're craving a big cookie with a unique flavor if it's the only place open in the area.

They walked us through how to properly whisk our own matcha and let us practice the technique ourselves. On top of that, we got to sample a variety of their teas throughout the class. The owner clearly knows their craft. Their in-store matcha has actually won awards, and you can taste the quality difference. Our host, Cody, was incredible and super knowledgeable about all things tea. He guided us through everything from the origins of matcha to how to make it ourselves at home. It was especially helpful to watch him make the drinks and see the proper technique for whisking matcha and what temperature water we should be using when making our own, etc. For the tasting itself, he made us 4 different matcha drinks - all of which were soo good!! It changed my perception on what good matcha drinks can taste like and I think has increased my standards (for better or for worse lol). If you love matcha, interested in learning more about it and want to try some different matcha drinks not offered anywhere else, I highly highly recommend the Matcha Lab.

There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it. I'd recommend this cafe to someone looking for a unique sweet treat, catching up with a group of girl friends of 2-4 people, or for a first date!
