I've never had New Zealand style ice cream or dirty sodas before and now I'm hooked! The strawberries and blueberries were blended with the vanilla soft serve making it a beautifully colored treat. Came here with my friends to try the popular hot chocolate. It was really delicious but so so sweet that we couldn't finish it even though we wanted to! The marshmallow topping was really tasty. We came back another time to try the ice cream and we loved all the option and flavors they have as well as all the different kinds of toppings. I tried the banana ice cream and loved it! I got a banana soft serve and classic hot chocolate. No picture of the banana soft serve as I ate it all standing while waiting for the hot chocolate. I love banana but this soft serve has a vanilla base which takes away from the banana. I wish it was just banana with no base. It was ok. Service was steady--not the fastest, but to be fair, it was a packed house. Luckily, they have board games off to the side that anyone can play to help pass the time. The location is great, right next to an indoor playground and in a well-lit strip mall, so parking isn't an issue. Seating can be limited, but that's mostly due to the hype. First off, it's in a familiar shopping center in Chantilly where a bunch of other unique restaurants and bakeries are. There is plenty of parking and on a Sunday afternoon was not crowded. Definitely hard at work as you can see with the open kitchen, but a friendly face and a welcome would have been nice. They do have their menu on the wall which is a lot of drinks, ice cream and cookies. You place your order on a large touch screen and wait not too long.
