So we got there a little before opening and we waited in their private parking lot. They opened promptly at 12. We were greeted by such a sweet man who took our order and made them fairly quick. For the area he had such an amazing personality and customer service. My daughter absolutely loved it. They offer a free baby come for kids under 40" tall but my daughter saw the gummy worm on their dirt sundae and had to have it. My husband had the hot fudge sundae and it was delicious. I got the blast that offered with a few different candies but I got the recees blast. Overall I would definitely go back based on customer service alone. But the ice cream was amazing too! read more

I used to work at Brusters and make the ice cream, so I know what I like from there and be 100% okay with paying the price because of its quality. I recently got 2 pints, one of New York cheesecake, and one of chocolate raspberry truffle. I was not satisfied and kind of annoyed that I payed that much for "New York Cheesecake" that tasted like plain vanilla ice cream with some graham cracker. The "Chocolate Raspberry Truffle", was straight chocolate ice cream with little to no raspberry or chocolate flakes. Not a norm for Brusters Ice cream, hope it doesn't stay one. read more

I did a shocking thing! I went to Brusters at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon(cheating on my diet), but it turned out to be a good decision. Instead of getting my usual greeting of a straight mouth with a head cocked to the side, I got a warm, friendly, SMILING server with outstanding customer service skills and knowledge! She said that my butter pecan ice cream had just finished being made 15 minutes ago, and that their ice cream has 23% more butter fat in it, making it creamier and more flavorful than Haagen-Dazs or Breyers. She spoke with the same pride *I* do when I tell others about Bruster's... only this time the customer service matched the ice cream. I'll be back! read more
