I like this place better than handels and haagen dazs. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe the flavors and the quality of the ice cream? The waffle cones are fresher than those store bought cones. Good enough parking. Right next to Chipotle. Cute little place. No indoor seating, just outdoor seating. They have way more help here than handels (takes forever there ). I feel bad for the employees who have a huge line and milk shakes to make all by themselves. This place at least has two workers at a time, if not more. My daughter and I finally tried out Bruster's and we were not disappointed. This location is in the newly built Hamnet Plaza and I have to say that I really like this location. It had a nice vibe with tables and chairs set it for those who want too chill and eat their ice cream during the summer nights. Their menu is quite extensive and unless you know exactly what you want you might have a difficult time deciding what flavors to get because they all sound amazing. I ended up getting 2 scoops (salted caramel and pistachio). My daughter got the chocolate brownie Sunday and they built that thing up!! My ice cream was smooth and creamy as you would expect and with savoring every spoonful. Give Bruster's a visit, parking is plentiful and I noticed there were a handful of EV charging stations there as well. So you can charge you EV whilst you enjoy your ice cream. read more

Love coming here on a hot summer day. A bit disappointed - I'm a huge fan of Oreo and cheesecake bites.. however, there are no cheesecake bites in here, just a hint of crusts. I haven't heard of this brand before, but my husband has and as soon as we heard we were getting one in Eastvale, he said we had to go. Upon looking over the menu, Bruster's has the most unique flavors I've seen for ice cream in a long time. The workers here are super nice and high energy as well, making us excited to get our ice cream. Of course since it was opening weekend when we went, we had to get two scoops each. Pineapple Upside Down Cake - Very sweet, a little sweet than how I usually like my ice cream, but it was so unique I had to give it a try. You also get cake chunks in this flavor, which I was very surprised about. The cake pieces add a different texture to the ice cream and I think that's why this was my favorite of the 4 Graham Central Station - If you like graham crackers or cinnamon, this is the flavor for you. Also more on the sweet side, but I like Bischoff in my drinks so I also liked this one a lot. Butter Pecan - This one has a very buttery flavor to it. It's very sweet but the nuts help even it out and adds great texture. While it's not the most unique flavor, it's a classic that we had to try. Ultimate Peanut Butter with Oreo - I liked this one, but I think it's a little too much for me with how strong the flavors are. Peanut butter was very strong and the oreo did give it a nice crunch. This one was at the bottom of all 4 flavors, so I might've been all ice creamed out by this flavor. I've been wanting to try Bruster's Real Ice Cream for a while, but every time I drove by there was a long line. I finally decided to stop by in the evening--and I definitely chose the right time. No wait, quick service, and totally worth it. Every flavor we tried was delicious, fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality is there. Now I see why it's always so busy! If you've been on the fence because of the lines, go in the evening before dark and you won't regret it. I'll definitely be back. read more

Great service and very helpful . Staff provided samples and suggestions to what to try. They explained to us since it was our first time experiencing their products. Prices were okay and we would return. My only dislike was the rocky road ice cream. I really like rocky road and this was not the traditional style that I prefer with the actual marshmallows. They are like the Tillamook ice cream as they do a marshmallow swirl. Definitely not a fan but to each its own. But they have other flavors that are delicious.There is no inside seating. Oat milk vegan ice cream flavors were ok.....tasted more watered down. My thoughts: Did not like my mint chocolate chip vegan flavor. The white raspberry truffle vegan flavor was much better in taste though! I thought the Graham central station was meh. But the regular GCS flavor tasted good! We enjoy summer nights at Bruster's! Ice cream is always amazing and you get a lot for what you pay for. Employees are friendly and helpful and the owner is really sweet and friendly as well! They even have an order pick up to in case you don't want to wait in line! There is seating outside too so you can enjoy the evening. read more

We have been a few times now and it's been ok/good. BUT last night (6/27), we were served by a young lady named Jordin. She had exceptional customer service and seemed like she loved to work there. I love to see the younger generation still practicing great customer service and really putting effort into their job. She should train all the employees on what products are in stock, how to greet, how to be attentive, and thanking the customer. She is a great person to as an employee. read more

Total scam, I ordered a large blaster with butterfinger and oreo. What I got was a was a small blaster with the equivalent of a bite size butterfinger(if that) and it was SO runny. I had 5 bites and tossed it in the trash because it was just runny vanilla ice cream. $9.00 for the wrong size + $.50 extra for additional Oreo topping I didn't get.
