The sales person my wife and I worked with at Discount Glass & Mirror, Juliet, was very helpful showing us the various choices that would meet our needs and budget. She was also the point of initial contact when I needed help with an installation issue and directed me to the right person immediately. While I did have a relatively minor issue with several of the door tracks after installation, the service department quickly identified the issue and promptly made it right. I was very impressed by Mike, the manager of the installation department, for his thorough knowledge and prompt effort to resolve it quickly to my satisfaction. The crew that came to my home to resolve my issues, Luis and Roy, were very diligent and thorough in their effort to make the closet doors work and look perfect. I felt like they were working as if they were their own doors. The final result were very nice looking professionally installed closet doors. I recommend Discount Glass & Mirror highly, and would not hesitate to use them again for other projects in the future.
