In short, I had questions and concerns around some issues with billing. I tried -numerous times- to call and speak with the billing department and/or a manager. Over 6 times, at least. I would either get a recording where it instructed that I leave my name and number (which I did) for a callback, or I would speak with the receptionist who would inform me that the business office and/or a manager were unavailable but would get back to me. But they never did. Even though in later calls, I told the receptionist that my calls were not returned - and she promised they would be. I also gave them my email, on the small chance (not likely, many businesses have successfully called me) that the phone number was not working. I got my bills emailed to me, no issue - but no responses to my questions. It's unfortunate that I had this experience, as I said the dental staff were nice and fine. But I will not be returning, nor can I recommend the business to anyone due to the issues I had reaching them to discuss my bills (which were never resolved... in the end, I paid them, because I don't want a mark on my credit). The staff is so helpful from the office, to every dental hygienist and of course Dr. Carpenter is so patient and understanding. It's clean, everything is well stocked and we've never had a problem. They have the latest tech but a very personal family first bedside manner. Dr. Carpenter is always great about answering any questions or concerns. He handles everything with such a calmness. It really could put anyone with a fear or anxiety at ease. We love that we can schedule all of our cleanings together kids and adults!
