They take all your insurance money and their work is awful. I had $7000 insurance coverage last year. They used it all. And I also had to pay them more than $570 out of my pocket. They took all my teeth out, gave me upper dentures. That was in November of last year. I still have gagging problems. They forgot to take one of the pins out of my upper gums. The bottom dentures didn't fit so they made me new ones but it took from November until April and they still don't fit. They hurt so much, I can't wear them. And now they have used all my insurance money for this year. When I told them the teeth still hurt, the dentist told me to wear them for awhile and if they still hurt to bring them back in. What kind of doctor does that. The bottom dentures hurt my gums so bad that they gave me blisters. I live in senior housing and several of the women here got their teeth pulled and both upper and lower dentures for less than $3500. Now they tell me I owe them more than $200. I called my insurance company and had them look at my bill and the insurance guy told me that I only owe them $58. They're still billing me for $220. I don't trust them at all. Also, I told them the first time I saw them that I have fibromyalgia and having shots in my mouth before caused me to have pain for a full month afterwards. Obviously they didn't care because he used some kind of machine that gave me all the shots in less than 5 minutes. I'm really done dealing with them. I have no idea what I'm going to do. Bright Now! My dental hygienist is always a huge highlight of my visit, she is so skilled and knows what she's doing. But if this place is OK employing ppl who time and again treat ppl badly, like the reviews say (I'm so dumb to have ignored allllll the bad reviews!!!), then maybe they aren't good dentists either. Why would they be ok having mean ppl dealing with patients? Going to the dentist is already stressful without mean uncaring ppl too. Both of those women didn't care even a bit about me or patients in general it seems.
