The swelling was horrible for me i didnt even look like myself at all but the pain was not as bad as you think its going to be. I was shocked. Week 2 i was feeling alot better and could eat eggs and pancakes which was great cause you are hungry. I am not happy with my first set they gave me. They are very uneven and thick once one side and thin on the other side so it sits lop sided in my mouth. The doctor even said they were not good. But your stuck with them like it or not. So i bite my cheek and tip of my tounge alot and cant rest my mouth right at all. I got the flu and had to call out at my next appointment with a high fever, i never should have done this, just take the chance on getting whoever sick and dont say anything because now im stuck with these awful temps for two extra months because it is impossible to get appointments with this clinic. So im paying 37.000 dollars and cant even get my next set for multiple months extra . Im beyond not happy with how its gone so far. I plan to keep updating my review after each visit.

She takes time to explain the procedure and does her best to make sure you're comfortable and has great communication skills. If you're at all nervous you should ask for her! Dr. Kim, as always is thorough, top notch and is patient and kind. He helped me with getting my teeth and gums healthy and is very attentive to your questions and concerns. I also think I had the most thorough dental Xrays and intra-oral pictures taken during my first visit. The dental assistant also made me feel really secure about my future little one going there and their practices to make sure little kids get desensitized first so they have good experiences at the dentist! My youngest daughter needed to have an extraction and I had very little confidence that, as an anxious little, she'd allow such a procedure sans sedation, but Dr. Crowley and Chenoah partnered expertly to not only reassure her, but to let her pick her favorite scented mask for the nitrous, and the flavor of the "silly stuff" (lidocaine). She came through the procedure with flying colors and now says that Chenoah is her new dentist. Highly recommend this practice for even young pediatric clientele!

it's been six months since i had my wisdom teeth removed here by dr. jelmini, and I can confidently…read moresay that my experience was wonderful. the healing was smooth with no complications, and I was back to eating pre-surgery within weeks. if you're reading this, you may also be like me and have the largest amount of anxiety thinking about needing surgery. honestly, my dentist when I was in my teens casually mentioned you probably want to get your wisdom teeth removed at some point, but one came in fully and they never were a bother so it was one of those things you can file away and forget about. until you can't. in my late 20s now, I suddenly had gum pain near one of my wisdom teeth. dentist took one look and explained the tooth was rubbing against the gum trying to grow in and will keep this irritation cycle going -- the solution long term is removal. yikes! I spent a lot of time scouring the inter webs trying to find a trustable oral surgeon and my search led me to Three Rivers. I had originally planned on getting a second opinion, but honestly, there was no need. the first appointment was a consult. I had a pano X-ray taken and then dr. jelmini went over the X-ray, agreeing that I should remove them. he patiently answered my antsy questions, reassuring me with honesty about what to expect. we talked about anesthesia options, and me being the antsy person I am, decided upon IV sedation. I was curious about PRF because I'm quite the science nerd and had been reading about this optional add-on, and dr. jelmini was more than happy to honor my request. a few days before the big day, prescriptions for helping with pain and nausea were sent over to the pharmacy. the big day came and I was SO nervous! the thought of going under! the whole process was so smooth. I checked in, took care of payment and then waited a couple minutes before being called back. Lindsay was so patient noticing my stress. honestly, everyone here was so calm and professional and it really helped calm my nerves. before I knew it, the IV was in, dr. jelmini asked how I was doing, and--- I was out! seriously, when you hear people say propofol is like a nap, they aren't kidding. I honestly have no recollection of the moment I was given propofol and it felt like a minute later and I was waking up. very groggy. the whole procedure must have been what 45 minutes tops? plan on getting lots of rest. I was so pleasantly surprised to see dr. jelmini call later in the day to make sure I was doing okay. make sure you follow the post-op advice for a smooth recovery! every day got better exponentially, and within a few days I was feeling more like myself. it just takes a bit of time to get used to the modified diet for a few weeks. I'm so glad I'm on the other side of wisdom teeth surgery, but if I could, I'd tell my younger self that it'll be okay and you're in good hands with the professional and kind staff at Three Rivers. Dr. Jelmini had excellent bedside manners, understands the anxiousness and knows what he's doing. I really appreciate how all the doctors here are up to date on the latest science, presenting regularly at conferences. Thank you, Three Rivers! Recently I just got 4 more implants with bone grafting. I got a bit bleeding at home after the implant. Next morning just a phone call they brought me in immediately for Dr. Sullivan taking care of the issue. After that i was fine. I really surprised that Dr. Sullivan called on my cell to check the bleeding at the same evening day. Also the front desk called my general doctor to double check.
