Rob is suing me for his padded bill amount (not for the discounted amount, like he claims). Plus, he still has not answered all of my billing complaints. On day one, after receiving his shocking bill, he offered a discount without correcting the bill. Yes, I was grateful until I received the same, uncorrected bill!! As Rob proved, he did not correct it so that he could sue me for the fake amount also. I waited patiently for a corrected bill that never came. I actually thought that he was skulking away because he was caught in a lie. When Matt started harassing me, I directed him to correct the bill. That's all I want. I told him to handle it. Matt literally laughed at me and said "Okaaaaaay". That must be the moment they hired Rob's "partner", his collection agency to bully and to threaten to ruin my credit because I'm standing up for myself. Rob says I'm hostile so I looked up the word hostile in the dictionary. It means "Being in opposition." So yes, I am opposed or hostile to being forced to line Rob's pockets. I am hostile to Rob using my home as a platform to rob me. I am opposed to or hostile towards Rob who is standing behind his plumber named Keddy who blatantly lied about time in my home. I am hostile towards not having a corrected bill. I am hostile or opposed to Rob and Matt billing my elderly parents who did not hire them. I have absolutely no reason to lie about this. I don't know these people other than that they violated me. It's not alot of money. It's the principle. I'm pretty worn out by this company's disrespect and their commitment to fraud. Based on how I was treated, both then and now, I believe there's a serious issue with how this business engages with women. Bad Plumber, whose name is Edwin, completely botched a bathtub install. The miserable lying…read moresellers, whom I do not wish well, had removed the tub drain so that only the shower could be used. When I took a bath, the reason became obvious: the tub drained into the living room. The large volume of water was too much for the leaking pipes. ARRRRRGGGGHHH. So I replaced the tub with a bigger, deeper tub, and hired Bad Plumber to install it. He claimed that he repaired the leaking pipe. That was a lie. I took a bath, and it leaked again. Bad Plumber said that he would fix it. He did not return. So I called Roto-Rooter, because they guarantee their work. And they're a well-known company. Mike showed up on time. Gave me an estimate. It wasn't too bad. THEN he claimed that he needed a helper to thread a pipe through the ceiling, and no I couldn't do it. The other guy was going to cost an additional $450. UGH. For HOLDING A PIPE. He also insisted on replacing the bath fixtures. More money. Smh. They were brand new. So Mike did fix the leak. Months later, it's still holding up. But...he didn't want to replace the Sheetrock he cut out of the living room ceiling. He was going to just leave me WITH A LARGE HOLE IN MY LIVING ROOM CEILING. I told him that was unacceptable. He told me he's not a "drywall guy." I insisted he replace it, and he did, begrudgingly. He removed three panels from the bathroom wall, and didn't replace them, because "he's not a carpenter." They're still loose, because I can't quite get them back in. He left the old pipes and debris LYING ON MY DECK AND THE GRASS. I guess he's "not a garbage man" either. I should not have to clean up after a "professional," but I did. So....plumbing work: Excellent. No complaints. Mess left behind, extra helper nonsense, and sulking over the ceiling: Poor.

We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

He charged me from 7am (supposedly the time he left his house) to 12pm for each of his guys, he said he charges hourly starting the time he leaves his house in East Hampton!! and throughout the time he was making my bill and signing the certificate for the town which took him 15min - so he charged me 2 hours of travel/billing time for 2 guys! THEN he charged me $180 material for 2 elbows he had to replace because they were not up to code according to him (I work at a hardware store those things are $10/piece). In the end, we were charged $1010.00 for a checkup visit- just to fill out a form for the town. He knew we needed this as the last step to get our CO so he took advantage and just ripped us off! Zero integrity!
