Additionally, my mother dropped off an older truck since her rear window wouldn't roll down. After troubleshooting it they realized another part would be required that Toyota no longer made. Rather than charge mom labor for the work already done (which was a lot), they didn't charge her anything. We will definitely be going back fo any and all of our automotive needs just due to their customer service alone.
