Ridiculous agreement they want you to sign in 2022

Room was clean but definitely not a suite as advertised. Old furniture, lamps, small table with 2 chairs was the room decor. It appeared we were the only guests but were given a room on the road side so there was traffic noise. Rooms were advertised as having decks but our room opened up to the parking lot. Definitely will not stay here again. It should be classified as a motel. Not worth $338 that we were charged for 2 nights including their over $100 added on for service fees. We did receive fresh towels after asking. And look at this agreement they want you to sign when checking in.

The tiles were loose and broken everywhere in the bathroom.

The hotel looked sketchy as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We wanted to get checked in around noon but the office was locked, so we had to look for things to do around town, occasionally checking back to see if the office was open. At 2:00 pm we finally got in. The door was covered in masking signs and covid B.S. ( our check in date is Nov, 5, 2022). The desk jockey was masked before we walked through the door and insisted we put on a mask. I put ot on like a chin diaper. The covidiot have never read the side of the mask box where it tells you they don't stop virus spread but this wall-eyed moron wanted us to put one on anyway. We got the key and proceeded to our room. Underwhelmed is a mild term. It was decorated in early American crime scene. I thought I detected the remnants of a chalk outline on the floor, but it could have been my imagination. We settled in, got dressed for our evening activities and headed out. We returned later that evening and went to bed. If not for the chalk outline, I swear the floor would have been a better choice to sleep on. We got up in the morning, poorly rested and sore as hell. Avoid this place like the bubonic plague, as its possible you might contract said plague from within its diseased walls.

Cute room, great location, Reilly pick up, close to downtown attraction and shopping

Great place to stay in Eureka Springs. We'll stay here if/when we come back for sure…read more I really liked the ability to select a very specific room. We are happy to sacrifice space in exchange for specific amenities like a large jacuzzi and were very pleased with the Queen Suite that we ended up getting (with a nice view of the mountains/the Jesus statue). The room was comfortable and clean. If I had any complaints, the in-suite coffee was underwhelming and the TV was kind of oddly situated, but that's very much a minor issue. The rest of the hotel was interesting and fun to explore as well. If we'd had more time, we would have checked out the bar in the lobby. The hotel staff were outstanding. Andrew(?) and Co. made a point to learn our names and were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and on-point with the valet parking service. Just a really good experience and good vibes.

Last night, there was a party with a live band (particularly terrible drummer BTW) right under our room until after midnight. It was so loud in our room that we couldn't watch a movie, talk to each other, or sleep. We could only put in earplugs and wait for it to be over. I could still hear all the lyrics through the earplugs, that's how loud it was. We are leaving a day early, even though we have already paid for tonight's room, because last night was so miserable. The hotel has effectively made this first floor room unusable on nights when the club right under it is open (W-Sa), and we were certainly not informed when we booked at their full price rate that this VERY LOUD party would be happening basically IN OUR ROOM UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT. Just ridiculous. I would not book the New Orleans Hotel first-floor suite again and would not recommend it to anyone else. As far as what the hotel should do to improve this problem: do not rent this suite out on nights when you are having loud parties right under it, and refund my money for this unusable hotel room.

Beware of Tyler, the tyrant psychotic sociopath owner of The Palace Bath House!…read more I visited the Palace Hotel and Bath House expecting peace and relaxation. Instead, I walked out shaking, humiliated, and in tears -- an experience I will never forget for all the wrong reasons. The mineral bath area consists of small cubicles with no ceilings, something I was never told. I didn't hear or see anyone else, so I genuinely believed I was alone. While in the bath I was trying to meditate but then someone started playing very distracting music that interrupted my meditation and I asked politely for the music to be turned off when someone changed it to something distracting. I made normal, reasonable requests -- a towel, a time extension -- nothing out of the ordinary for a spa. When I went upstairs afterward, everything changed instantly. The owner, Tyler (appeared to be in her 40s -50s had shoulder length completely gray hair) approached me out of nowhere and told me she was "astonished by my behavior" and that I was "the rudest person" she had ever had as a customer. I was stunned. I had no idea what she was talking about. She accused me of "yelling" and "ruining the experience" for others -- even though I had spoken calmly and had no idea the entire facility shared open acoustics. I immediately apologized, over and over, because I felt horrible. I was crying, shaking, and trying to explain that I truly believed I was alone. Instead of listening, she doubled down. She told me I was "blacklisted" and needed to leave. Meanwhile, other patrons -- the very people she claimed I had disturbed -- came to comfort me. They told me I had done nothing wrong. They hugged me. They reassured me. They told me her reaction was completely out of proportion. I ended up having a panic attack from the shock and humiliation. My entire day was ruined. Days later, I am still shaken. When I tried to call to request a refund, I discovered my number had been blocked. No conversation. No explanation. No willingness to resolve anything. I have never in my life been treated the way I was treated at this business. I left feeling berated, belittled, and publicly humiliated for something I didn't even know I had done wrong. The lack of sound privacy, the aggressive confrontation, the refusal to communicate afterward -- all of it paints a very clear picture. Bottom-line, BEWARE of The Palace Hotel and Bath House and the tyrant psychotic sociopath who runs this establishment, TYLER! My experience was emotionally devastating, and no guest or human in general deserves to be treated this way. Consider yourself warned.

I got the works; the steam cabinet, a mineral bath, and a massage. I was so relaxed by the end of it I could barely walk or think straight. I even fell asleep during the massage! Only downside for a more modern customer is that the spa layout is completely original. There are no sound barrier walls or anything. The walls and doors aren't floor to ceiling, so one can hear toilets flushing, tubs draining, etc. But it's great for feeling transported back to the old holistic, homeopathic ways.
