Great turn around time for ring resizing (about 3 days) but hours online do not match actual store hours. Showed up at opening time and waited 45 minutes for someone to show up. Good customer service when you can get them and ring looks great. read more

Idk Venessa A. but she is 100% spot on. Initally the door was locked during working hours? Then when I got back to my car after walking in the pooring rain the lady opens the door saying they are open-.- When Luke, he husband, drove up to the office he parked sideways in two handicap parking spaces! If that isn't telling idk what is. After making the jewelry decision, He gave the chosen jewelry a dirty look then threw it on the counter like it was nothing. In the end while it was being purchased he tried to say it was a nice choice but clearly didn't think so. Hus wife was nice but was not helpful when I described to her what I wanted, she hadn't listened at all-clearly only thinking about the sales and not the costumers needs. I had a wonderful experience in this establishment. I was looking for a reputable jeweler to repair a broken family heirloom and found Luke to not only be very knowledgeable but also very respectful. I was appalled by the way in which I was treated (or should I say not treated) when I visited this location. I went in to have links removed from a bracelet and to purchase charms. I called before coming in and the lady seemed very friendly. When I entered the store, no one acknowledged/greeted me. I smiled at the blonde lady behind the counter. In her defense, she was assisting a couple. I approached the other counter to get assistance and the man said "I'll be with you"'. He proceeded to have a long conversation and laugh with an adolescent girl who was about 13. I'm assuming she was a relative or family friend. I walked around the store and eventually had a seat. The man and the young girl giggled and chatted for 22 minutes. A middle aged lady then came in, approached the counter and the man instantly helped her. Perhaps my money wasn't green enough. He then sparks up a conversation with the two about racial issues. He starts talking about police brutality and Colin Kaepernick. Then he proceeds to say that "they" (as in African Americans) can "go somewhere else or go to another country". I gathered my things and walked out. I was hurt. This was completely unprofessional and disheartening. A place of business was clearly not the proper setting to carry on such a controversial conversation. i would never spend a dime in that store. In addition, the merchandise was old/tarnished and the cases were rather dusty. I'd much rather spend my money at Zales or a retail chain where all customers are treated with dignity and respect. read more
