I did not hear from him. He and his crew showed up on a Wednesday morning, I was not there. My lawn care guys were scheduled to cut the grass and were told by Mr Alwine that they would have to wait. This was something that could have been avoided if he had called like he told me he would. By the time I got home they had already left, I was gone for 1 1/2 hours. Things on my porch were just thrown back on my porch. My rugs were soaking wet and laying on the porch. There was water in my house that had come in under the door, so they had to have been close to the door and used too much pressure. My WIFI was not working and when BREMC came out the problem was that water had gotten in the box and shorted out the battery and had to be replaced. My flowerbeds had been stomped on and my garden hose, which I am assuming they used, was all twisted up. They left all my gates open (He tried to blame that on the lawn care guys). I called Mr Alwine to discuss the issues I had. He was extremely rude and told me that I was one of those people who wanted a free house cleaning. I told him that that was not the reason I called and that he had a bad attitude and then he told me that I was the one with an attitude. He then went on to tell me that the reason they were in a hurry was because it was his wife's birthday and he had plans for that. I had originally wanted him to do some painting following the pressure washing but I do not ever want him on my property.

I hired them to rebuild two chimneys, apply two coats of paint, caulk, rebuild a d-log siding gable, replace roof screws and put a door cover up. Seemed like everything was going great until clean up day. Next thing I know Greg is doing work he never quoted, I never authorized and was never anything I would have agreed to and telling me I owe him money. When I finally got to see the work that I authorized and paid for I was disappointed. A cable that had been attached to the prior chimney was left swing off the house. Debris from the removal of rotting chimneys was left where it fell in the yard, in the driveway and screws were left on the roof in the yard and in the driveway. The door cover is great if your 5'8" but at 5'11" you may suffer a severe head injury from its low support strut. This unsolicited work that I did agree to is bogus. I expect Greg and I will be in Court soon. My best advice to anyone reading this is to keep looking. This is not a company you want to hire. I wish I had not!

I called them and talked to Ashley who sent out Brett the same day. Brett checked the roof and provided me with an estimate to replace the roof. Since I don't live there full time Ashley said they would accommodate my schedule. I called Ashley on Monday morning the 9th of September and asked If they could do the Job that week. Ashley ordered the materials that day and on Tuesday they were delivered. The follow day Brett showed up before 7:00 am with a crew of 5 to do the Job. By 4:00 they had the Job finished. I then mentioned my shed that I should replace the roof on it also. He gave me a price and then did the shed also. What service you can't ask for any better than that !! He struggled to open the aluminum railing packages so I gave him a kitchen knife to open them. He unpacked 2 of the 7 railing packages and wanted to see what needed to be done on the front porch also. He then said he had to leave for 15 minutes to get a special saw to cut the railings to size and would be right back. I knew at that point he would not return because he lives at least 30 minutes away. He left, never returned and has yet to answer my November 26th query about his return. The only reason for the second star is because he actually showed up.

We recently were looking for a roofer to do some minor repairs on some facia that was damaged…read moreduring some high winds, but most of the roofers in the area were reluctant to do this small job. When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf. Juan is a good sales person as well as being easy to talk to and well educated in his line of work. I also appreciated that Juan returned to my home after the job was completed as I had some issues as a result of some stone work that was completed one day after the gutters were installed. We worked through the fixes and now waiting on them to return to complete the work. It would have been beneficial if the gutter installers/schedulers/ would inquire about any other work scheduled to occur that might affect gutter install so as to not have to deal with a situation like mine.
