Instead, while speaking with Melanie, she told me to stop by before 12:30 PM and I should be out the same day. I was given a window of about five hours, but she called within two hours instead. Wow! Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. She could've easily allowed me to pay $200 and I wouldn't have known any better. It says a lot that she reached back out to explain that she made a mistake and instead I only owed $120. That alone speaks volumes to her and the character of this establishment. So yes, I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. Long story short, my tire was deflated due to my wheel was cracked & discovered shortly thereafter bent as well. My vehicle had to be towed to this spot just to give you an idea how I was in bad shape.. Any who, at first the manager due to the time allotted told me it was too late to work on my wheel, however thankful he had a change of heart. Shot out to the tall young guy with the tatts!! He saved my wheel & welded it.. He was very professional & congenial. Dope customer service as he squeezed me in.. was damn near in tears as I couldn't drive on that wheel nor tire. Much appreciated their courtesy & attention to my issue as they saved my wheel & got me back on the road.. Thank you guys!!

They give you the rim as soon as possible. I gave them the rims in the morning and in afternoon they gave me the rims fixed. When I showed up to get the vehicle I was given some song and dance about the wheels had to be machined and they couldn't do it for the quoted price. But, they were happy to not inform me of this before they did a lousy job and held my vehicle hostage for payment. However, if you want a factory new finish by people who do what they say and deliver within 24 hours, you have a quality company in Alloy Wheel Repair. My wheels look brand new.

After speaking with him and asking why did he lie ( after receiving my deposit)he responded they don't use cheap parts, but he did not say that "they only use " he said we can only find dealer parts. I gave them half because I believed him, it was quoted $2200 just to replace  struts  on a 2013 foreign vehicle, the guy NiCK is NOT trustworthy, he plays with words to get what he wants. How could I trust them to work on my vehicle? They then charged us another $600 to pick up the parts totaling $1800 for parts below. After the lie I called the following day (Saturday last week) they will not refund anything -store credit is what I was told. This is even if you cannot use the dealer parts they purchased as they are the wrong parts!! I will be contacting the office of attorney General and the BBB about this. I was so impressed with Montrose Mobile Tire and Wheel and its owner, Oscar. I had a harrowing…read moreFriday night with a client in town and a flat tire at Hotel Zaza (nail embedded in the tire). I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.

I drove to the place, pulled up and they immediately worked on my car. I had to bring my own oil and filter which was inexpensive. They were very quick with it.
