Monday morning my truck was vandalized leaving me with no rims or tires for a truck I had JUST gotten two weeks again (2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali). I was very upset, my blood was boiling but me and my wife had to come up with a plan rather than just be mad. Our father reached out to Tire and Wheel (Dustin in particular) and they gave us a great price, great advice and tips on wheel security, and had it all done by the next morning. My truck now has better tires and rims and now better secure for theft and vandalism. The made me feel amazing and have a beautiful selection of rims and tires. They also do car wraps as well. On Jan. 14, 2021 I received an email from the "Claims Team" of Tire Wheel and Master stating my claim from 1/7/2021 was received. The email from the "Claims Team" stated: "We received your claim on 01/07/2021 regarding the wheel ring light issue on the driver side of your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2WD. After reviewing the information submitted, we have scheduled an appointment date and drop off time for your vehicle. Date: January 28, 2020 Drop Off Time: 10:00 am Location: 13161 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77014 Since the issue involves electrical parts, we have a half-day time slot reserved so we can diagnose the problem. Repair times and costs vary based upon the nature of the repair, part availability, warranty status, and other miscellaneous factors. Once your vehicle is dropped off at our shop, we will diagnose the problem and advise you as soon as we can to provide details. Diagnostic and/or repair fees may apply if work to be performed is not covered under warranty." After arriving at the scheduled time and leaving my vehicle, I was told I would receive communication (updates regarding the status of repairs) by Juan. At 2:12 pm CDT, I called to get a status because no one had called to provide any status update. I finally was told, I could expect "an answer by 5/5:30 pm" by Shelly via phone - My question was: "An answer?" I then went to the store and noticed my vehicle sitting in the bay (alone with no other vehicles being serviced" at 3:14 pm. When I went inside, I was told the Tech (person who installed the wheel lights had came by the store and inspected the damaged wheel light and left" - no one called and communicated this to me. I received this answer only because I showed up unannounced at the store. Will Velasquez (Area Mgr or whatever title he goes by was there at the store, but when I asked where he was, no one seemed to know). I asked for the name of the individual who installed the wheel lights or the name of the business who installed the wheel lights but I was told they (Juan & Shelly)didn't know. I specifically asked the question: " Your store does business with someone whom you do not know their name or business name?" I got a blank look from Juan & Shelly. I later called at 4:34 pm asking about the broken wheel light ring I left with the store and was told by Shelly that the part had been sent to the manufacturer to see if the broken wheel light ring is covered by a warranty - again no communication from the store until "I" reached out to find out "what was going on with the status of the repair to my vehicle. This is SHADY, SHISTY, and just down right TERRIBLE business practice. Tire Wheel & Master at 13161 Veterans Memorial Dr. Houston, Texas 77014 is an awful place to do business and expect quality service or sensible follow-up communication from staff to leadership - I definitely DO NOT trust the business or any of the service providers they use. Today my experience at Tire and Wheel Master was a disaster and I will never go there again!! After buying three sets of rims there they refuse to help me out with purchasing a fourth set. I ask would they consider purchasing or give me a discount for my rims and I was told no for a set of rims I purchased from them a year ago. I'm not quite sure why Tire and Wheel Master has such a poor rating because I have made several purchases from this establishment over the years and I can not complain about their service nor their quality of product. My last dealing with Tire and Wheel Master was by far the best. I bought four like new Michelin tires with plenty of tire tread depth for only $250 including tax. What a deal! Whether it comes to purchasing new tires or saving some money by purchasing like new tires, you will not be disappointed with the selection nor service at Tire and Wheel Master. read more

Came here to have a tire checked to see if it needed to be replaced. The service guy said that it did need to be replaced. My boyfriend AND the store owner both agreed that the tire did NOT need to be replaced. So we need to rotate and balance the 2 front tires. After a long wait to come to that conclusion, my boyfriend paid and I got the car back and left for the gym. Now anytime I approached 60 mph the car is shaking. So I bring the car back. Been waiting for over an hour to get the service that was already paid for as I see people coming in and out. I will not be back with another vehicle of mine. read more

Worst service my experience with them was sketchy from the start but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt front desk lady is not freandlt or inviting, yes they have great products to choose from but they don't care about the customer after 2 days of driving with my kid in the truck turns out they never tightened the lug nuts to the tires I just bought from them they rushed through the entire process just trying to make a sale and when I call for help no one is available to help lawyer up before you do business with them there is so much more to this but my main thing is the safety of my family and they don't care about that read more

I had decent service and the rep was helpful on some questions I had but what I did not like. The rep told me one thing and would not honor it when I returned. I brought a wheel in to get fixed and told them not to remount the tire on the wheel cuz I was getting a new tire on it from another place. But the rep told me if I brought the new tire in they would mount it for free since I was already being charged for it. When I came to pick up the wheel I brought the new tire with me and he was gonna charge me to mount the new tire and would not honor what he told me when I dropped the wheel off originally. read more

First went to TWM wanting advice on a good selection of tires and wheels to put on my 2009 Yukon. They, being the experts (i write that with sarcasm) recommended tires and wheels they had at their shop. So I paid them in cash, had the wheels and tires installed on my car & left the same afternoon. I had to return several days later because every time I turned my car, the wheels were rubbing. After much insistence by TWM employees that "spacers" would fix the problem I paid them some more money and went on my way. After a week or so with the spacers I took my car onto the highway and was alarmed at how badly it was shaking. Yet again, I took my car to the "experts" at TWM to see what the problem was. I was told the wheels were not balanced properly the first time and they would fix them. One week later, I was back at their shop because my steering wheel was still shaking a ton, at which point I was told they would balance again. Again, shaking car/steering wheel! Took my car back AGAIN - TWM employees tell me they would like to keep my vehicle so they can drive it around to figure out what's going on. Through many phone calls and back and forth, they decide that first the tires are bad so they need to switch them (the tires THEY recommended), then they drive it some more and say that the wheels are the problem and they've had this problem with the brand on other Yukons (these are the wheels that THEY suggested I put on my car). They decide they cannot determine what the heck is wrong so they think keeping my car (ends up being 4 days) will help them figure it out. After all of my wasted time and money for gas to go back and forth and have them joy ride around in my car for 4 days the best answer they can give its "We put different tires on your car and it helps a little. You can come pick your car up now and pay for the new tires" even though I never agreed to buying any more tires!!!! So guess who had to pay for new tires just to get their car back...that would be me. I would NEVER trust these people to touch another vehicle of mine, they have poor customer service and the "owner" is too chicken to speak with an unhappy customer. read more

*ALERT ALERT* don't come here, please shop the prices! they're ridiculously OVER PRICED! I went in with 2 new tires just to get mounted and balanced and these fools quoted me 99.00. WalMart charges 12.00 per tire mount and balance, competiitors on Veterans charge 10.00 a piece! read more

Terrible service and prices are waaayyyyy too high lol I was quoted 1900 for some mt1 "cv1 vossen" lookalike wheels (20inch) with accelera tires lol I bought my vossens for 2300 with nitto envo tires from another dealer ... Then my brother was quoted 1400 for some stock 17 amg wheels for a Clk model Mercedes lol wow used 17's for 1400$ smh he got the original mono block ll 18's for 900$ with p-zero tires from another rim shop,these guys literally no nothing about wheels they're just in it for the money ... stay away from tire and wheel master - 5230 barker cypress rd. location no service after the sale i bought my custom wheels for my c7 from the barker cypress location one rear tire kept losing air. i found out the tire was not put on the rim properly causing the leak. so you would think after spending as much money as i did with tire and wheel master they would take care of you. not tire and wheel masters on barkers cypress i'll never do buisness there again just a heads up people stay away from the barkers cypress location no service after the sale just a warning terrible job mounting wheels they all leaked and the wouldn't fix without paying "more money" stay away read more

I went to this establishment for a new tire and bought one for $160 installed. A few months later one of my tires blow out so I go to discount tire for a new tire. The employee at discount checked all other tires and recommended that all get changed and that the tire that was supposedly new from tire and wheel master was the worst tire I had on my vehicle. I came in to this place because I had a flat tire, and needed a wheel lugnut key to change my tire. They wouldn't take anything less than 45 dollars for this USED key that should have costed me no more than 5 dollars, and forced me to sign this no refund no return agreement. They truly raped me because I had a flat tire and couldn't go anywhere else because I was on foot. I felt completely taken advantage of almost on a criminal level. I hate these people, they robbed me. If I could give them negative stars I would. read more
