When he went up to ask what was going on, the person we assumed was the manager gave a snarky response: "I'm calling them as I get them." On top of that, I ordered a Baja Blast, but the manager ended up locking the soda fountain so no one could get refills because a few people were abusing the water cups. I ordered a veggie melt sandwich online for pickup and ate it there. The sandwich was perfectly made and was hot and delicious. The interior was clean and spacious and well maintained. The only down side is that there isn't free parking unless you come on a Sunday, which obviously is not the responsibility of the restaurant. Five stars overall!

I just waited and waited. When nobody would ever come make me a sandwich I just had enough. I went to another restaurant near by and got food. I'm going to be here in College Park for 10 months staying at a hotel living on Per Diem for food. I give out a lot of repeat business for food, and Potbelly would be on the list for 2-3 times a week. That is now out. If I can't get served or it takes so long to get a sandwich I just won't go there. There is a lot of money that will be going to other near by restaurants.
