    A Chicken Quesadilla

Apparently this Taco Bell does not know how to slice a quesadilla so the customers can eat it properly, went around on the drive-through three times and all three times!!! the employees failed to cut the quesadilla properly??? quesadillas cutting training needed ASAP. SMH

I'm fairly certain I received the friendliest service I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell while at this location. I walked inside to order because I needed to stretch my legs after several hours of sitting in gross traffic. It was a bit confusing to get in, because I parked in the main strip mall lot rather than TB's, and that door is an emergency exit only. I'd guess it's set up that way to avoid people using the restrooms without buying anything. When I ordered my typical four crunchy tacos and a small drink, the guy mentioned that the drinks were actually on "happy hour" at that time, and the medium would have actually been cheaper (I think $1). Obviously, I went with that. In the time it took me to fill my cup with Dr. Pepper from the fancy soda fountain, the tacos were nicely laid out on a tray and ready to be eaten! I brought them to one of many open clean tables, inhaled them, and then used the restroom before heading back out into traffic. I was happy to see it was extremely clean as well. So: Clean, fast, quality is on-par with other locations. My stomach didn't freak out either. A good pit stop experience, indeed! As an added bonus, it's easy to access from the Baltimore/Washington Parkway.

The drive thru can be a bit long, but the food is made to order and I've never had a problem with my order being wrong.

The parking lot is small, and there's no sauce stand--which is probably my only downside. Because of the holiday, the wait was about 30 minutes for four tacos, which was a bit longer than I would've liked. That said, it was worth it. Taqueria Los Primos has always been my go-to spot and, up until now, the best tacos I've had in Maryland--but Los Perez takes the top spot for me. I was a little thrown off seeing the hot sauce come in a plastic packet, but it was actually super fire. I'd come back here all the time. This place could easily hold its own against some of the best Mexican spots in Los Angeles. Highly, highly recommend if you haven't been yet.

The chicken was seasoned well and the carnitas were flavorful, the accompanying sauces - salsa verde y roja were incredible! The tacos were filling and accompanied with limes, cilantro, and radishes. My husband enjoyed both the cabeza and the asada, he especially loved the cabeza as it was very juicy and flavorful. We did pickup from the restaurant, calling the order in ahead was straightforward, and it was ready within 15 minutes. The ambiance of the restaurant is very special, beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating. Would definitely go again!

We ordered the calamari, fajitas, and enchiladas, and all of the entrees were delicious. My favorite was definitely the calamari. It was lightly battered, perfectly crispy, and I loved that the dipping sauce was served warm it paired so well. The only downside was that the shrimp in the fajitas still had the shells on, which was pretty surprising when I took a bite. It also feels very crowded inside, which makes the space less comfortable. The booth seating could use some improvement as well, the tables are too high while the chairs are too low, making it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. Their complimentary chips and salsa were the best we've had so far. The salsa tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The only other disappointment was that they had run out of horchata and weren't making another batch. I was really looking forward to trying it, but overall we had a great meal and would definitely come back.

We'll start with the positives first…read more I went here for my sister's birthday lunch expecting your regular run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was lively, service was genuinely great, and everything came out quickly. Staff was attentive, drinks arrived fast, and the guacamole was outstanding. That's where the positives end. ASK FOR THE PRICES. As I mentioned, I expected a normal Mexican restaurant experience and didn't think twice before ordering. Big mistake. The menu is extremely deceptive because many prices are not clearly listed. I ordered the Cantarito Mundial (a clay cup-style Mexican Paloma with Don Julio), my wife ordered a michelada, and we also ordered another World Cup special drink for a friend since we were celebrating a birthday. Food-wise, the pulpo al fuego was disappointing. The octopus was overcooked, rubbery, and lacked flavor. My wife's drink was also underwhelming. Then the bill came. For just my wife and me: almost $300. I expected the octopus to be expensive at $65! that part didn't shock me. But the drinks? Completely different story. The Cantarito Mundial was $60. Yes, sixty dollars for one drink. The soccer boot slushie drink was $45. Those prices would maybe make sense if the food and drinks were exceptional, but they weren't. Mediocre food at luxury pricing. I walked out feeling stunned and honestly deceived. Not because it was expensive, but because the pricing wasn't transparent and I never expected drinks to cost that much without clear disclosure. It left a really bad feeling after what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. The guacamole was excellent... but unfortunately I don't even know what it cost because it ended up on someone else's tab. If you go here: ask for prices before ordering. Don't assume.

more like a 3.5ish…read more we enjoyed our meal at Chido's. we went mid afternoon and it was busy considering the off hours. the chips and salsa were good (salsa a little runny, but tasty). we started with empanadas, which were really done well. the dipping sauce they came with was delicious - almost like a pickled or fermented sauce with herbs and finely diced onion. wasn't for my husband but i couldn't get enough of it! i had a combo plate, and got a beef enchilada and beef chile relleno. the relleno was flavorful (i LOVE cilantro) and the enchilada was done well. very cheese heavy, but that's never a bad thing in my book. expect VERY big portions. my husband found an eggshell in his rellenos, which was a bit of a disappointment. while i enjoyed mine, he indicated they weren't prepared as he expected. i found the flavors right, but i'm not usually very picky. our waitress was attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed and not too overwhelming (it's a big restaurant, this might be different at night with a full house). overall decent experience!

I didn't have much, but the table chips & salsa was good. We ended up sharing a pitcher of Cadillac Margarita ($63) and regular Mango Margarita ($50) since we were all getting marg's anyway. These were all more than enough to share between 4 people. The Mango was good, the Cadillac was strong! I ordered Shrimp Tacos ($16). I don't think they were on the menu, but they were provided. 3 Tacos with salsa, guacamole & lettuce on the side. It always came with a bowl of brown beans and yellow rice. Good. I was full after 1 taco. When it's someone's birthday, the staff comes out in almost like a full band. It was cute. We were all able to pay on separate checks. I and myself took on the full responsibility of purchasing the marg's for the group. Not sure if it was due to the size of our party, but gratuity was automatically added at 18% to my check.
