Upon pickup, I received fried flounder instead of grilled, along with hush puppies, and the side salad was missing. When I raised the issue, I was informed that flounder is only served fried, despite the menu indicating otherwise. Although I was dissatisfied, I accepted the fried fish, which also meant the rice that should have accompanied the grilled option was no longer included. When I inquired about the missing salad, the manager attempted to charge me again, even though I had already paid for it online. I then requested a refund for my whole meal, but was told this was not possible because the order had been placed through the website. Overall, I was left with a meal that did not match what I ordered or paid for, which made for a frustrating experience.
