My favourite boba tea shop. I drive 30min-1hr to get it! I love this place. Prices are fair for the amount you get!

This was first time trying out this place, and I was not disappointed. The place is not too big, but gives a warm vibe. It was an awesome place to meet up with a group of friends and even play board games. I got the chai spice which was amazing. If you love anything related to pumpkin spice chai, then this is the drink for you. The tapioca balls had a different texture from every other boba place I have tried, which was a good thing. The tapioca balls complimented the drink. Their green apple slushy was another good choice if you want something a little sour but sweet at the same time!! I have always had really good experiences going to Bubble Bubble and the drinks have always tasted great but my husband brought me home a Vietnamese coffee yesterday and it was only 2/3 full and was completely sealed so I know my husband didn't drink some of it on his way home. Extremely disappointed with that and if I can't get my full money's worth then we won't be coming back and will find another bubble tea place who will fill my cup up to the top. UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: I have always ordered iced Vietnamese coffee at tons of different bubble tea shops and always ordered it the same way, little to no ice, and I have never had 1/3 of my cup left empty. So like I said before I will go to the other bubble tea shops that I have been to before so that I know I will get a full cup. read more

My husband I stopped by here when we were in Rockwall area on the weekends and we were glad we did. We both ordered honeydew boba tea and they came out within three minutes and the taste and quality of the tea were excellent. The teas were not too sweet and balanced well with the half and half. Bobas were cooked well to the perfect chewiness. The only thing is that we weren't offered for the stamp card which now I found out as I am reading the recent review of the place. Oh well. read more

4 stars only because this place is a little overpriced and only offers one size. Could also carry more milk tea flavors! Other than that I absolutely love this place!!! Ever since I heard of this place through a friend I've nearly gone everyday instead of making my usual Starbucks route and frankly I couldn't be happier. While I love Starbucks, I find Bubble Bubble to be absolutely consistent with every trip I take and have yet to find a single thing on the menu I haven't liked. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere of the tea house are alluring and very retrospective. Also their wide variety of drink assortments is very refreshing and enjoyable! I've already brought roughly 5 people to try it and not one have disliked the tea house! To summarize it's amazing and it's a must visit. I love the coconut smoothies here and haven't been able to find those at any boba tea place in the entire metroplex. It's really good. However, I've got to lose some weight, so DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND CALORIE COUNTS for this smoothie and the jellies (my favorite is 1/2 strawberry and 1/2 coconut with this drink). Coming from a nearby city which thrives on boba, I was pleasantly surprised by what Bubble Bubble had to offer! Comparing the hours to other local teahouses, which close around 9pm, they stay open until 10pm. If you're a fan of chai tea lattes, I would strongly suggest trying out their milk tea variant with tapioca! And HOLY MOLY, their boba? Delicious. It's pure perfection. The texture, taste, and shape/size are on point (and this is coming from a guy who has more than a few favorite spots in Houston's Chinatown). + They've got a shelf full of board games (e.g. Which include UNO, Sorry!, and other mainstream board games) + Staff is super friendly and don't hesitate to answer questions. = Tables are typically tall with backless stools for seats. Drove here just for their mangonada! My 30 minute drive was completely worth it! THE. BEST. Perfect combo of sweet and tangy. The mango was sweet and cut the perfect size. Finished my drink in a about 5 minutes. I will definitely make the drive here again soon. read more

This was a pretty good boba place around the Rockwall area. There isn't many boba choices such as Sharetea or Kung Fu Tea around there so this place satisfies your craving pretty well. The green milk tea was good good and refreshing! Smoothies are made from real fruit. I love how this place has so many drink options to chose from. Too bad I don't live around the area, but if I was and craving boba I would definitely stop by!! read more

found the nearest place to me that sold thai tea and milk tea. cute place, cashiers were nice and very quick. And kpop. Lots on the drink menu. Atmosphere:5/5 Very small, but lots of board games, although I just get in and out. They have a rewards system if you frequent there a lot. Food: 5/5 I have only had the boba. Both the milk tea and the Thai tea are awesome. I keep wanting to try their strawberry cheesecake boba, but I always forget haha. One day I will. Staff: 5/5 Very nice, and very quick. This coffee shop just opened four days ago, and I had multiple people telling me to check it out by the second day it opened. I went in yesterday and automatically was greeted by smiling workers, who helped guide me through their menu since it was my first time visiting. I ended up ordering the hazelnut milk tea (which was delicious). Interior is cute and rustic and I couldn't help but feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. They had tons of board games available for public to use, and plenty of seating. I'm ecstatic that there's finally a boba shop in Rockwall so I don't have to drive to Richardson for boba anymore! I always hit this boba place up before/after work. They're really fast and pretty consistent with making my drinks. I always order for myself and the rest of my coworkers/friends. They know as soon as I come in to get ready for a slew of orders. They're always up for the challenge, and they deliver my drinks in record time. The atmosphere inside the place is nice. They are always showing reruns of Tom and Jerry, which I love (but I would love to have other cartoons play as well). They also have a shelf full of board games so you can play with your friends. My only complaint is their cup holders. It's just the standard 4-cup recycled material that you see in fast-food restaurants. You have to be careful when you load your drinks into the car. I've seen and heard other people have the same complaint when they order and take multiple drinks home. The drinks would fall once they get to/out of the car. Other than that, this place is awesome! They also have a stamp card you can use to redeem a free drink (up to $5) once you purchase 9 drinks. (P.S. To anyone who works at BBTH, I would suggest you pay an app developer to create a mobile menu so that people can order ahead of time and/or see what drinks you offer before they come in. This would make orders more accurate, eliminate the need to take phone orders, and allow you to gather valuable user data to assess consumption patterns.) read more

SO excited that this place is in Rockwall! I used to drive to Plano for Fat Straws but no more! Their milk tea is delicious and their Boba is consistent and always perfect! I love the Caramel Milk Tea half sweet with boba. Also, my husband loves their vanilla smoothie and they add banana to it for him. My mom is obsessed with their coffee! She thinks it's better than Starbucks and tastes like fresh brewed espresso! She loved their Coconut Mocha. We love this place and hope it stays in Rockwall for a long time! Was recommended by a member of a Mommies Facebook group to try out this place for their mangonadas. I tried calling them twice on 2 separate days to ask if they use fresh fruit in their drinks. Each time I called, it would ring and ring and go to voicemail, which says don't leave a voicemail. Today when I finally came in to order, I told the cashier (there were 3 employees) how I wasn't able to get through when I called, they said because when we're busy, we don't pick up. But they do have the best mangonadas! I've tried several places from Arlington, Plano, Richardson, to Dallas. They do use fresh mangos and an extra nice touch, they take a plastic spoon to the side of the cup for you. read more

They have a lot of drink options on their menu, from espresso frappés (in flavors like mocha, hazelnut, Red Velvet, and New York cheesecake) fruit slushes, fruit smoothies, and fruit and milk teas. I've had the Honeydew milk tea on my first visit, and the almond milk tea on my last visit. Both were great! My husband has had the mocha and hazelnut frappés. Amazing atmosphere and great choices! My wife always gets one of the fruit smoothies and I just love the classic Thai Tea. They have so many options of sweetness level and the different types of jellies that you can put in your drink. They never put too much ice in your teas and they are really nice and patient! I love the look of the place because it is very homely and it makes you want to sit down and play one of the board games. By far the best boba shop i've been to !!! Not only do they have amazing customer service, but you can never go wrong with any of their drinks !! I used to love their curbside pickup process so I was worried about how it'd be whenever they opened back up inside because they almost always have customers but they've done so well managing the flow ! When you go inside you can pick up your online order or order at their window. With the online orders, they usually have your drinks out in no more than 10 minutes which is amazing because I can place my order on my way there and they'll have it ready for me by the time I step inside.
