There are so many Bubble tea spots to choose from now since it's all the craze. This location has the most variety to choose from and you don't have to wait for your drinks long. There is only on street parking but you won't have a hard time finding a spot, they are quick and there's some seating there. I feel sometimes the drinks are more sweet than other bubble tea places but the price and portion is good. My newest favorite is the logan honey tea with aloe jelly. Kung Fu Tea allows you the option to do 50% or 30% sweetness We tried the Thai iced tea, hot jasmine milk tea and the hot coconut milk tea. We will definitely be back to try other flavors. Our go to for bubble teas - located across the street from the high schools on the same side as Classic Cafe. This wasn't around when I went to Classical, which now that I think about it is prob dating me (I'm old!) but whatever! Have been there several times now and can't complain. My favorite so far is the Fireworks Smoothie (Acai, Lychee and Mango). Just enough mix of tart and sweet for my taste. The bobas have a good texture, I have found others to be undercooked - but these had a good chew to them. There are only a few options that are made with real fruit (jackfruit and durian, although I was told the jackfruit is canned) and everything else is powder. That's the only ding I could give - I would prefer fresh fruit but I'm sure it's a lot pricier to maintain. We happened to be in the area around 9:50PM on a Saturday night and were surprised to see they were still open - looks like they're open 'til 10PM Fridays and Saturdays now! There is only street parking but we haven't had an issue finding parking yet. The staff is young but very friendly and your drinks are made fairly quickly. If you forget to specify sugar content here, it's okay because they don't ask for specifications! I got the taro milk tea with bubbles, an easy standard drink (their pina colada smoothie was suuuper tempting, though. Next time!), and it was by far the best I've had here in terms of taste, adequate amount of bubbles, proper amount of (minimal) ice, and a sealed top. I was craving a sweet treat after a tasty lunch at Asian Bakery & Fast Food. We decided on Bubble Tea House since there aren't a lot of other boba places around Providence, and this was just a few blocks away. There are a few street parking stalls on the Classic Cafe side of the building. They have a lot of options here -- there is an extensive menu of juice teas, smoothies, and milk teas. I usually stick with a simple milk tea or a pure-fruit smoothie. However, all of the smoothies here have milk in them which is definitely something I should have considered before ordering. I thought that the Fireworks signature smoothie would have an interesting tropical flavor since it contained acai, lychee, and mango. Unfortunately, it was way too sour and the milk mixed in with those fruity flavors gave it a strange, medicinal taste. I also got strawberry jelly inside of the drink. Normally, jelly doesn't have a strong flavor, it's just meant for color and texture. This strawberry jelly was overpoweringly sweet. I could barely take more than a few sips of my drink before throwing it out. While Bubble Tea House does have relatively affordable prices compared to other boba stalls, in my opinion, their drinks are mediocre and simply not worth the trip out past Downtown Prov. read more

I didn't even drink my tea because I was so annoyed! The worst customer service ever!!!! I went in today and there were two teenagers at the front. They honestly should be fired. I ordered two teas and he heard three. I ended up paying for the third one because they had already made it. He did offer for a refund but initially was like "you said three but I can give you a refund" in such a nasty tone . I specifically said very little ice for all my teas (twice) because it was snowing outside and they filled half of it with ice. Then when I pointed it out he had the audacity to say that the ice will melt (wtf). Then he ended up groaning, rolled his eyes and took out a the ice with a dirty spoon. With summer around the corner, a smoothie bubble tea (my preference) makes for a nice refreshing drink. Of the places around the Providence area I've been to, Bubble Tea House has become my go-to. They offer a variety of styles, flavors and add-ons from tradition tapioca pearls to flavored poppers and candies. The durian and jackfruit flavors use real fruit. The thing that would make this place a no brainer 5 star business for me would be if they offered more flavors with real fruit. They use a combination of powder and syrup and the flavors are very good, but can't help but think how much fresher it could be with real fruit. Prices are reasonable and they offer a card you can punch where the 6th drink is free. Service is good as well. Worth a try if you're in the area. read more

I always came here after club activities at least once every two weeks in high school. It's a little shop, but it is nice place to sit down and hang out.
