A really nice person working the counter, despite looking and acting a bit overwhelmed. The coffees were delicious, but incredibly sweet. If that's what you're looking for, you're in for a treat! We had fried Oreos, and they were greasy and kind of weird tasting. Almost like the oil was old. We didn't finish them. I still want to give them higher rating because they have super potential. I would love to try their mini pancakes and maybe ask for less syrup in my coffee. The shop itself is adorable. They have another wall or two to finish painting, but they're well on their way.

I came back for RI Food fights. I was told I could get any latte which is a nice treat! I asked the staff member working what they recommend since I'm lactose intolerant and she didn't know what was in the syrups. I would suggest making sure all staff are educated on this. The owner is soooooo amazing and excellent and helped me out last time. The person working today said probably the carmelized banana one so I said okay! It was very flavorful but a little too sweet for my liking but if you have a sweet tooth and like to drink your sweets, this is definitely for you!

Casa Dulce is the cutest new coffee shop in rhode island! It's pink and salable with touches of hello kitty scattered in their menu! They are ready for their first Valentine's Day! They have beautiful flowers---eternal and real ready to go, along with pink drinks and food packages. If you're looking for a cute gift for your Valentine---they have you covered! The staff is amazing---as dulce as their drinks and treats! I've been here twice now and have loved everyone! Highly suggest the cookie butter latte and the will you be my kitty holiday tray!

    Dubai Chocolate Fried Oreos today

Casa Dulce in Johnston, RI is an absolute gem! We recently ordered the Dubai chocolate fried Oreos, and a few days earlier my son tried the Dubai chocolate mini pancakes. I can personally speak for the fried Oreos--and they were to die for. Perfectly fried, warm, and covered in rich Dubai chocolate... honestly some of the best dessert Oreos I've ever had. My son said the mini pancakes were just as delicious and may actually be his favorite. While I didn't get to try those myself, if they're anywhere near as good as the Oreos, they're a must-try. The exterior of Casa Dulce is absolutely adorable, complete with a little gingerbread house out front. It's tucked away off Putnam Pike in a small plaza right before Uncle Tony's Pizza, making it a charming little find. They also offer a variety of coffee drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, which I definitely plan to try on my next visit. I couldn't wait any longer to come on here and write a well-deserved review. Amazing desserts, a cute atmosphere, and clearly a place that knows how to do sweets right. Highly recommend!

I'm really impressed with how much they can do out of their little coffee horse trailer! The coffee is good and I really like that they make their own syrups. I asked today which were dairy free and she knew exactly which ones I could have! I tried the cold brew with mocha and almond milk. Very good! I had two dogs with me and she offered them pup cups too. Very kind! Their weekly schedule is posted on Instagram!

I had been wanting to try this place for the longest but since it is a cute little truck that travels around the state, I hadn't had the opportunity to organically come across it - until this moment. Although a lot of their drink options sounded delicious, I went with the iced Maria Maria. I got the opportunity to chat a bit with one of the Marias and she was very kind, along with the other two team members. The prices are average, with my drink coming out to about $6. One disclaimer is that I don't drink coffee much, so I can't speak about the quality of the coffee taste but overall I loved the drink, mostly because it wasn't too strong or sweet but did have a very creamy taste. In addition, they do add a Maria cookie, which is very nostalgic for me. Although the line was very long, they were very efficient with just 3 people and do get our orders at a timely manner. I am looking forward to the next time I see them again to try more of their stuff. They do post their schedule of where they will be on their instagram page at the start of each week.

The service was fast and friendly, despite the store being busy. I love that! The barista did not rush us to choose, instead helped us newbies decide on a drink. Luckily, they do have a large space with lots of tables and some couches so finding a seat wasn't a problem. Their menu includes drinks and food (breakfast and lunch). My friend and I shared the BOM sandwich which comes on a Portuguese BOLO with gruyere cheese, roasted red peppers, onion, spinach, BOM sauce, chorizo, and fried egg. For our drinks I had a cinnamon crunch iced coffee with whole milk and coconut cold foam and my friend had one of the coff-tails. I took in all the artwork around the walls while I waited for our order to come out. They brought the sandwich out to us, but I went up to the counter to get the drinks. The sandwich was incredibly good, especially the BOM sauce that was a little spicy. The sausage was thick and well cooked, and the veggies tasted fresh. The bread was very good too but I wish it was slightly toasted (next time). My drink was good. It was not sweet at all, which the cashier did prepare me for, but it still tasted good to me. The milk and coconut cold foam made it very creamy and the coconut flavor was very present throughout. We paid around $20 for the sandwich and two drinks which is fair. They have a drive thru window on the left side of the building, with the line wrapping around the back of the building, with plenty of parking in the front and back for dining in.
