I been going to petco since I got my dog cause I didn't really know a good grooming place. But each time I go back, his cut was never how I wanted and his hair was shorter than What I told the groomer. Due to quarantine, I started looking for groomers that are open. I can upon this location and decide to give it a try. I also found out that my friend brings his dog there and he loves it and highly recommend this groomer location. Staffs are super friendly and good with my dog. They would ask how you want the cut and they really care about owners' opinion. I sent them a picture of how I want my dog to look like and he came out how I wanted! The price is basically the same as petco. They accept credit cards or cash but tips are cash only. Will continue to go here! Highly recommend!

I had been searching for a grooming place that understands how to groom Pomeranians with their double coats and one that does not keep my dog there all day long. Well, last year my friend Marlene told me about this place and I have been going there ever since! Julia is awesome! I love her and so do my two Poms. She listens to what I want and I couldn't be happier to recommend her and Bubbles. Kody Bear has a very thick coat but she gets him in and out and Kody Bear and I both love his haircut. Give them a try - you will be pleasantly surprised! Bella Mia is going there for her haircut today!

I love this place! My puppy always looks so cute and they do a great job despite him being very active. I have a hard time brushing him unless I distract him with something to chew lol. Louie is the best and I love having such an amazing place for him to go

Bella and Teddy just love going to Bubbles Pet Salon and Spa. Danielle always does a fantastic job grooming our fur babies. They always come home looking beautiful. We searched for a long time to find a groomer that does a great job, but also one the dogs like. When we pick them up they are happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The staff is very friendly and you can see they love their jobs and the dogs. Scott

    Fresh doggie cuts!!

Sooooo happy we tried Bubbles Pet Salon!!!! We typically takes our pups to PetSmart and they do a fine job for a low price. For just a tiny bit more, Bubbles did a phenomenal job and my pups have never looked cuter. They were able to get us an appointment quite quickly and they had an easy intake policy while observing COVID safe practices. This is my new go to for pet grooming!!

My 14 week old shih tzu, Luna had a great time! It was her first ever grooming and they made me feel so comfortable. I didnt want her to be in a cold crate for hours like other places with no toys or anything to make her feel comfortable through such a new experience. They let her keep her toys, blanket and treats. She zoomed through the salon and made a new fur friend! I was so impressed with the service and loved that my puppy had such a great time, I really appreciated that because shes usually very shy and they made her feel soo comfortable! She looked amazing too of course, and smells great!

Honestly this was by far the best haircut my dog has ever had. He loved it there. I was so happy I booked more appointments. He was a mess when he got there, matted over grown desperately in need of grooming. They took their time brushed him out and gave him a beautiful cut. I have been to so many local groomers that just shave him down including his ears. He looks beautiful thank you bubbles pet salon and spa Ace loved it there !!!

Our Coton De Tulear had her 2nd grooming session at Oh You Dirty Dog today. We provide photos of…read morewhat we want Maddie's hair to be cut like on her face, ears, mustache and top of head. There are several positive comments to share. 1. Maddie seems happy to go in and is happy when we pick her up. (YES!!) 2. The groomer is very nice. 3. Price is ok at $60 CASH. The negative is both cuts now, Maddie's head is just cut way to short. It is not even from side to side and the mustache is completely cut off in spite of being told they understood what she should look like. Yes, it will grow back. Yes, we love her no matter her hair cut. BUT -- not what we asked for or how a puppy cut looks on a Coton De Tulear. Conundrum: We have a place that our pup likes yet her haircuts are horrible. Very disappointed.

I would give this place less than zero stars if I could! I…read morebrought my dog here for the first time after moving to the Williamsville area from Tonawanda. I received a phone call 30 mins after dropping him off to say that he had a hole in one of his back legs that was bleeding, which apparently they noticed when they were busy starting to shower him before shaving. When I went to pick him up, they had already shaved half of his chest and one front leg and looked like they were probably working around his body shaving off the worst of his mats. They insisted they'd done nothing and that he arrived like that, but he was definitely not injured, bleeding or partially shaved when we dropped him off! There was fresh snow on the ground and if he had been bleeding profusely when he arrived as they claim, that would have been very noticeable, neither was there any blood in my car where he'd been sitting, and that's because they're a bunch of liars. I went directly from this place to my vets office at Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic in Tonawanda, and it turns out that it was a blood filled cyst that appeared to have been cut open with a cutting tool. I was also informed that std groomers protocol is to shave off mats prior to showering as the water makes getting matting out worse. The folks at Oh! You dirty dog kept hold of my dog until I paid the $70.68 they charged for not providing a grooming service. I would have expected them to have waived all charges since they did nothing other than hack my dog. They were very clearly lying about injuring my dog and only seemed concerned about getting paid for a service they hadn't actually provided. I would never return to this place if it was the last grooming service on the planet, and would warn other dog owners about how they behave if they hurt your pet! They are completely untrustworthy and dishonorable. It is the lying and their clear attempt to avoid taking responsibility for hurting my dog that upset me the most. If they had explained what had happened truthfully then I would have a different opinion about them, but the direct lying to my face is not something I can accept or abide. Their whole approach was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Do not take your dog to this place if you value your pet's well-being. You have been warned! Extremely disappointed with these people in every way. Absolutely disgusting. All in all I ended up forking out $350! $70.68 for a grooming that was never done, and the rest for sutures, anesthetic, antibiotics and pain medication for the harm done to him while here! Thankfully my dog will be ok after a minor surgery, but it's obviously with no thanks to these dishonest people! I thope they go out of business so they don't harm any other people's beloved animals! Update 1/7/2019 following response from owner of business Patricia F: On the contrary, your version of the events is a total fabrication. Remington does not spend time outdoors other than when going to the bathroom or while going on walks. He most definitely had no burrs as you repeatedly described. That is total BS! He does get a lot of matting primarily because he licks himself a lot when left alone while we're out at work. His injury was from a blood filled cyst that had been cut open, not from a scabbed over previous injury as you describe. The fact that 4 out of the 10 current reviews of your business are 1 star reviews is very telling. As is the manner of your response to each of those reviews. I only wish I'd have checked Yelp before phoning to make an appointment then I'd never have done so. Clearly there's a history of causing injury to dogs at your business, or is everyone just making things up? You can make up whatever story you like after the fact, it doesn't change the truth. I stand by my review 100% as an accurate reflection of the actual events, which I felt compelled to write in order to warn other people about. In response to your nonsense about charging for service provided, do you think that the $70.68 you charged was warranted for a half shaved chest, and a couple of hacked paws? After discovering what really had happened to cause him injury, there was no way on Earth I'd ever entrust any animal to your care again. Remington has since recovered and has received an excellent grooming at Bubbles Pet Salon & Spa in Williamsville, the whole experience of which was like a night and day difference compared with the experience at your facility. Your attempts to try to portray yourselves as caring animal people is inconsistent with the rude, adversarial, approach I experienced first hand. Remington is indeed a sweet affectionate dog with a mild temperament. That part is true. Most everything else you wrote is like reading a short story from the fiction section of your local library. Other people can discern the truth for themselves, but they can't say that they haven't been warned!

She says: "I know that cats can be "difficult" but I have a way of handling them that keeps them calm throughout the grooming process." In reality, she refuses to see cats who may be "difficult" because she is scared, unskilled, and unprofessional. She first saw my Persian cat a couple months ago, who was matted due to a skin condition. She was unable to do the job herself. She called me and my husband to help her, along with her manager. I contacted her for another appointment when my cat was in better shape (no matting), and, knowing my cat's temperament, she confirmed she would be able to see my cat again. She scheduled us on a Sunday for 1:30. She cancelled last minute and changed it to 3:00pm- extremely unprofessional. We arrived at 3:00pm, and without even looking at my cat, she began giving us a lecture about why she can't see him because he might be "bitey". Are you telling me you've never worked with a cat who is uncomfortable with grooming? She asked us to leave and have him drugged before coming in. I told her I had actually given him gabapentin before the appointment and she replied "I don't believe you". Is that any way to speak to your customers? And, why could she have not communicated this requirement to us before the appointment? Alicia is unable to work with cats and I will be escalating this situation further.
